Love is War (TMNT/FNAF Leo X Reader X Raph)

Chapter 17

You got a job at a local cafe and you got a good pay.  When you got home, Leo and Raph were sitting on their knees in front of the door like they were there all day.

"Where were you?" Leo frowns.

"I was at work." You toss your bag on the small bench and hang your keys on the key rack thingy.

"For so long?" Raph whimpers.

"I get good money.  And the person who takes over for the 2nd shift was late so I stayed longer." You shrug.  Raph hugs your legs and Leo hugs your torso tight.

"Don't be gone for so long like that again." They say in unison.  You crack a smile at their cuteness and hug them back.

"I'll try not to." You nod.  "How about we watch [favorite show]?" You offer.  They nod and pull you over to the couch and you turn on the TV and Raph rests his head on your lap and Leo leans his head on your shoulder like children would to their mother.  Mikey came in and sat at the foot of the couch with his teddy bear in his arms.  You end up falling asleep and Raph notices.  He pushes Leo off your shoulder and carries you into your room and tucks you in your bed.

You wake up to a loud crash and angered whispering voices.  You sit up and walk into the kitchen to see your mom's favorite china, that she gave you as a gift, shattered into millions of pieces.  The guys stood on top of each other to reach the cookie jar that was on the top of the china cabinet.

"What the h*ll?!" You scream.  They fall down and look up at you.  "What are you guys doing?! You're breaking everything!" You point to the china.  Did I mention the china was irreplaceable?

"We wanted cookies." Mikey pokes his fingers against each other shamefully.

"Seriously?! You break my mother's china just for a f*cking cookie?!" Your hands curl into fists.  "What the h*ll is wrong with you four? You're all acting like children!" You holler.  They all stare at you with hurt and tears in their eyes.  Mikey buries his face into his hands and runs off into his room.  You start to feel bad about yelling at them about the china and you bite your lip.

"You wanna know why we act the way we do?" Donnie stands up.  You sigh and nod slightly.  He grabs the side of his plastron (chest/shell) and opens it.  Inside was the torso of his endoskeleton and attached to it was a small rotting corpse.  Your eyes widen and you cover your mouth.

"G-guys... I had no idea." You gasp.  "But how does having a... child inside you make you act that way?" You ask. 

"The children weren't properly buried so their souls took over us.  Along with their personality." Leo explains.

"I'm sorry." You frown and pull them into a hug.  You walk into Mikey's room and hug him and apologize for yelling.

You tuck yourself back into your bed and yawn.

"[Your naaaaaameee]!!!!" You hear Raph plead.  You sigh and crawl out of bed and into Raph's room.

"What?" You lean against the doorframe.  Raph hid under his covers and pointed to his closet.  "What are you trying to tell me?" You ask.

"Check fer monsters." Jesus Christ, you thought to yourself.  You walk over to the closet and flip the lights on and look around.  "I don't see anything." You turn the lights off and fold your arms.  "The only monsters that exist are the ones in your head."

"I 'eard a bump in there." Raph whimpers.  You drop your arms and think.  You walk into your bathroom and come back with a bottle of bubbles.  You pull the wand out and blow a few bubbles by the closet.

"My mother would blow bubbles in my room before I slept to keep the monsters away." You put the bottle away and smile.  You walk over to Raph and kiss his cheek and walk back into your room.
