Joan POV
"Hey, did you hear about that girl, who got kidnapped 4 months ago, and wasn't found till today?" I said, tiny flashbacks of the day I found out, appearing in my brain.
"Yeah! I think her name was...Lucy? Right?" Dana replied, tapping her noggin.
Then, Taylor, popped into the conversation. "She died, guys."
My jaw stiffened. If only they knew.
"How?" Dana asked. "How did she, you know, die."
"She was murdered, 40 stab wounds. In her chest." I stared blankly at Dana.
She lowly gasped then cringed.
"That's horrid." Taylor patted her arm.
"Maybe she deserved it." I pounded on the table.
Dan and Taylor gaped at me and shook their head.
"How can you say that!" Dan choked.
"That's so vile, Joan." Taylor glared.
Then, I let out a choked laugh. "Hahaha! You should've seen your faces! I'm kidding. I would never wish that upon another human being." I explained quickly.
Taylor and Dana's mouth made a big o.
"Whoever kidnapped her needs mental help." That was something we can all agree on.
"I'm going to use the bathroom." I shot up and went to the bathroom.
There was a really pretty girl washing her hands."Hi. I'm Joan." I introduced myself and extended my hand.
"Oh, um, hi. I'm Emilia."
Emilia's POV
Clueless. Dumb and clueless.
That's how I like my victims.
And she happens to fit my needs.
