Draco
As I'm walking in Diagon Alley I can't help but notice a certain ginger. This particular ginger makes my blood boil with anger. It's not until I get closer that I see a brunette standing in front of him. Hermione, I begin to ponder wether I should go over or stay. Deciding to keep my distance, I head to a random store a little past the two. I walk inside and see shelves full of old books. I grab one called Time And Time Again: When Wizards Failed, taking my book I sit at the small table for two and open the book.
Deeply immersed in my book, I hardly notice someone plop down in the chair opposite of me. I look up warily from my book to see none other than Hermione. " Oh, uh, hi," lame!
" Hello," she replies. We sit in silence for a few seconds. " So... Draco... Did you see the Quidditch match yesterday?" Wait. Did she just call me Draco? Should I call her Hermione now? I guess so. " Yea I did. I can't believe that the Irish lost. They were doing rather well don't you think so Hermione?" I have to admit, it feels rather odd calling her Hermione. She nods her head in agreement with my statement and blurts out," Do you wanna come to Harry and Ginny's party tomorrow evening?" I sit, flabbergasted. Eventually I nod my head and say, " I'll pick you up at 6:00 if you want?"
" That would be lovely. Well I have to go so I'll see you tomorrow," she says standing up. I stand up as well and say my goodbyes before heading back to the bookshelves. You're in too deep now Draco.
