Timeless Love

TL: Chapter 1

"Will you marry me?"

Here he is, holding a velvet box with a diamond ring inside, knelt down on one knee in front of the woman he plans and hopes to spend his forever with. He felt like his heart was going to rip out of his chest while he waited for her answer to his question. He's been planning this for more than 3 months already but he felt like there was no way to be prepared for what he's gonna feel when the love of his life finally answers the question he's been wanting to ask for as long as he can remember.

The other three boys continued to play their instruments, a little quieter this time, while JC kept on singing It Might Be you.

"Yes! Yes! Yes!" She answered, tears streaming down her face.

He put the shiny cold metal around her ring finger before standing up to kiss her. It was a kiss full of love and emotions and none of them wanted to let go, but unfortunately, they had to. They were both running out of breath from the kiss and from all the crying because finally, they are engaged.

"I love you." He whispered.

"I love you too."

The couple faced the boys with huge smiles on their faces as they raised their intertwined hands in the air, happiness and fulfillment evident on their faces.

'Finally.' The four other boys thought. They have witnessed the love the newly-engaged couple shared throughout the years. They dropped their instruments and engulfed the couple in a big, tight hug, and before they let go, the four boys shouted...

"Congrats Kath and DJ!"

"Yes, after 8 years, we're finally engaged."

The crowd, the four other boys, and Ms. Carmina Villaroel all cheered when Daniel finally confirmed the rumours about his proposal to Kathryn.

"Congratulations to the two of you! I mean, gosh, it's about time!" Carmina joked, which made P5, the audience, and herself laugh out loud.

"What about you four? Any one of you guys planning to settle down soon?"

Seth, JC, and Lester all shook their heads and turned to look at Kats, causing him to laugh bitterly.

"What are you all looking at me for? I'm fucking single!"

The whole studio bursted out laughing, knowing that the show would have to cut out that part because of Katsumi's course language.

This kind of behaviour wasn't new to anyone who has known Parking 5 since the beginning. They didn't become famous because they were good and holy, they became famous because they were being themselves. They didn't have to hide anything from anyone and they didn't have any problems because the fans accepted them for who they were. Sure there are some haters and bashers but, which famous actor doesn't, right?

The boys' The Buzz interview went by quickly. It was a filmed interview that won't be out till Sunday, which is 3 days from now. They all headed to Katsumi's condo, which is between Lester and Seth's condo units and in front of JC and DJ's condo, to hang out. They ordered three boxes of pizza and drank the cans of beer inside Katsumi's fridge. They had 2 weeks of vacation ahead of them (only 1 for DJ since he has to help Kathryn plan the wedding), so they're thinking of ways to enjoy it.
