Minecraft, Herobrine's Reign of Terror

Mining adventures P.1

I'm immediately excited to prepare, but Gavin says that we have to rest, and also says that we should plan before we start the fight. I think it's a horrible idea, but he seems pretty stuck on the idea, so we started a meeting, to be at the main house at midnight. I wasn't too fond of the idea, but again, he wanted this, and I started to think that he might of thought of this much longer before I have. Then I thought about Herobrine, and a felt a great anger fall over me. I knew that we needed this perfect, so The-Evil-One could die, and I knew that I must kill him.

I woke up from my alarm, by redstone and note blocks. I jumped out of my bed, feeling a bit drowsy, but trying to shake it off. I grab my sword just in case and open and shut my door. "AHHHH," screams a familiar voice. "GAVIN!!!" I scream, running, listening and trying to find out where he is. I turn a few corners, and finally see him. Herobrine was carrying him, and he was bringing him to an END portal. I screamed, tried hitting him. But it was too late, he threw him in the portal. Instead of trying to fight, I dove through. It felt very weird, like the ender eye, but three times worse. Once I got in I started searching for Gavin. I looked for him, then I spotted him. The ender dragon was coming right at him, and they hit each other. Gavin flew backwards, dead. He was bleeding bad, and I knew he was dead because his body then disintegrated. I sat there dumbstruck, thinking that he shouldn't have died that quickly, he should be still alive. Then I remembered it was because of Herobrine, and a deep hatred and sadness formed, and I became deadly mad. Suddenly enderman started attacking me, but I destroyed them in seconds, doing moves I never thought was possible. Then I turned to the ender dragon. And he laughed, and I saw pure evil in his eyes. I ran at him, and then the unimaginable happened...

I bolted out of my bed, realizing that it was just a dream. I checked my clock, 11:45. Good, I thought, some time to think about the dream. It felt so real, like it might actually happen. And I had the knowing, deep inside, that it was true. I had a faint hope that it wasn't though, but I knew I had to tell Gavin, he might know what its all about. I decided to bring my sword in case, and when I went out I was glad I did. I saw a few monsters on the path to the main house. "Grrrr," I turned and it was a zombie. I slashed my sword out and cut his arm off. He then tried to bite me, but he was too slow to react. I jumped back, and right then an arrow came flying through the air and hit the zombie in the head. I looked across, and a villager guard had shot him down. I didn't even know they had guards, I thought.

I started running more, towards the big house, on the way thanking the guard. I got in and Gavin was sitting there waiting. "It's about time you got here," said Gavin, a little irritated. "Sorry, there were monsters and I had a dream that..." I didn't finish the sentence, I didn't want to scare him. "What was your dream?" I didn't answer, so he pressed on, "Did it have something to do with me?" After I still didn't say, he said "You need to tell me NOW. If we know what will happen, we can possibly prevent this disaster, The-Chose-One, or you, can see the future in your dreams." So after hearing that I told him exactly what happened. He looked worried, and replied "Ok. We will have to stay together at all times, got that?" I shook my head yes, so he continued, "Alright, so we will have a bunch of things to do to be able to destroy The-Evil-One. First, of course, we will need to mine for iron and coal. We have no new equipment, not even a wooden pickaxe. All we have is your diamond sword, so we will have a small advantage.We will need to leave this city and camp out somewhere else, because there are no woods too close by. I am a great builder, and a somewhat of a miner. I'm guessing you're a explorer and fighter, so we fit together like peanut butter and jelly." Who even says that anymore? I thought. "We will then need to find diamonds and make a diamond pickaxe. Then we will get obsidian to go to the nether and slay some wither skeletons. We will then have to make a wither boss to get the star that you use to make the beacon, but we will use it for something else. We will then kill some enderman, but hopefully we will be able to kill enderman before hand. After this we will go to the end, but it might take a while to make the portal. We will go to the end, and kill the ender dragon. We will then grab the egg and use that for the key. That should be about it..." He doesn't sound too sure, I thought. "Are you sure?" I questioned. He just shook his head yes. So, I went back to my house, this time making sure not to run into any monsters even though I had my sword.

I walked in my home, feeling like a wimp for not fighting, but instead of thinking of that I started thinking of the big plan. I knew it would take long, but I didn't know we had to start from scratch. After thinking for awhile I fell asleep...
