There I was lost, stranded if you will. The wolves around me weren't happy, nor was I. They were probably looking at me as a tasty snack more then a threat to their "grounds." There was only one thing to do and I hated the horrible idea. I took out my bow and three arrows.
***************Seeing three dead wolves is a horrific sight. Then realized that I killed 2 birds with 1 stone. So I gathered vine tied them together and attached it to the back of my so called, my home, which I hope is temporary. Then took the wolves one by one by the tail and then dragged them to my stick house. Then hung them to the vine. Then I attempted to start a fire. I started rubbing to stick together, I could feel the heat gathering in the palms of my hands. Suddenly a spark of light between the two brown figures. Then went out in a split second.
                   ***************
I walked down the dirt path to the stream in hope to find some un-prepared sushi. Brought out my pocket knife and cut out the eyes, skin, and fins'. While I was eating my what you could call "sushi." I got to thinking, why me, Jessalyn Hazel. Have to end up here, the only memories I have before waking up confused and all most a feast for hungry wolves was my parents laying dead on the ground and my brother Eric, surrounded by a ring of fire. I miss him so much, he would stick up for me. All my friends complain about their brothers but mine is my best friend. No matter what happens in the future he will always have a special place in my heart.
                     ************
The orange from the sunset turned to black and yellows dots filled the sky. And the roar of the wind, wait a minute... that wasn't wind it was a big black bear. Those big sharp teeth showed his hunger and his eyes filled with joy when he say this flesh bag. "Really I... I haven't eaten a thing today all I have is crunchy bone."I said aloud
I ran and down to the creek where I got my so called sushi and hid behind a tree. The amount of fear inside of me was un- explainable. Finally I lost him. Just my luck, I was lost. I just followed my footprints back to the creek, and knew my way home from there. I kept one eye open that night, I could hardly sleep not like it was different than any other night. Because it is just so normal to almost be a bear's dinner.
                               **********
I woke the next morning sobbing remembering the sight of my family dying, then I told myself "it was just a dream." But it wasn't it was reality and that I would never see my family again. There was no purpose to live anymore.
