"Im sorry." He said running into the hospital crying.

"I never meant for this to happen, Katie." His voiced croaked.

"Listen!" He shouted putting his head in his hands as he sat by her.

"Don't let go, you are too beautiful and have too much to lose." He cried grabbing her hand.

"I can't lose you, I get it now." He cried.

"I just hope it's not too late." He whispered to himself.

Katie's mom entered the room, taking up the sight of Ricky. She looked disgusted he was here, I mean he pushed her daughter over the edge.

"Get out." She ordered Ricky.

"Listen, you can try to get me to leave her side, or you can let me be, easy or hard, it's up to you." He left a small kiss on Katie's hand.

"No games, I want you away from my daughter." She said about to break into tears.

"Mom." Katie croaked.

She turned her head to see Ricky, her eyes barley open.

"Katie." Her mom said with tears streaming down her face, while she hugged her alive daughter tight.

"Ricky?" Katie asked.

"Katie I'm so sorry." He cried.

"That doesn't change anything." She said.

"I know, I know that's not enough." He said sighing.

"Katie, don't let go, whatever you do stay strong please." He cried.

Her mom walked out due to all the crying she had just witnessed.

"Katie, I need to tell you something."

"Wha-"

A long beep filled the room.

"I love you." Ricky said crying, throwing himself to the floor.
