Life. You know what's really funny? You are brought into the world, you live, then you die. Growing up, life to me was always something that we thrive on... By "we", I mean most of us, the normal ones..? I was always dumbfounded by what the meaning of normal was. Was I normal or not..? I guess we'll find out.

Hi, sorry. I'm Avalon Bailey. Recently, I just turned 15 and starting high school. All my life I've been considered.. How can I put this in a way that I'm not being rude in any way...?

Sorry.. Sorta have been keeping that in with the rest of my emotions.
Anyways, yeah. I've been an outcast through middle school. I just hope that everything can change this year.. or at least.. one thing.

Family. A word unknown to me. Why? Just listen.
I have an older brother, Callum. He's starting his second year, only a year older. I know not a lot of girls would say they would wanna be like their brother, but I would. My brother is living the dream. He has everything I've wanted.
He has the popularity and friends, people fawning over him, he can get anyone he wants. Varsity Captain for the soccer team. He's considered "perfect"
Then my "adorable" little sister, Annette Marie. My parents' favorite besides Callum. She's only 9 and has achieved more than I could ever do.
Annette Marie has all my parents' attention. Her and Callum share the spotlight.
I'm invisible to my parents.
Annette shares our dad's light blonde hair and our mom's curls and gorgeous baby blue eyes.
Callum has mom's hair, the deep, dark brown curls but dad's emerald green eyes.
And me? I have this shade of a dirty blonde with awkward curls and a mix of blueish-green eyes.
Anyways. That's most of the things I can think of for now...
