Today is orentation for my new school. Im sitting in the car listing to music while my mom is driving.
She starts up a conversation and says " you ready for Orentation?". Of course I get annoyed and respond with the simple " unhun". She doesnt say anything else and smiles.
Im super nervous, its my first year in middle school. I dont know why knowing that most of my friends from my former elemetry school is gonna be there.
Finally we arrive at this weird looking school. You know that feeling when you are welcomed to a whole new territory.
My mom started walking towards the school I followed behind all shy like. When we came inside there was a mean looking woman in a security guard uniform. My mom checked me in and she said " do you know where your going?"
I responded " yes" then she hugged and kissed me goodbye. I started walking through the hallways. I really didnt know where I was going.
I was not trying to have my mom take me to class that would be embarrassing. No offense mom. About five minutes later I found a classroom with teachers and a bunch of students
I went inside and froze up. Everyone was staring at me. I saw dangerous looking faces and cute boy faces.
Then the next thing I know im being dragged by a teacher to her station. My face still looks crazy so I immediately fix it. I sat down in her station next to my three best friends makayla, Andy and Micah. The Orentation starts.

A Few Days Later
Im starting to get tired of this Orentation stuff. Were still going outside to play, were still learning nothing and stangers to everybody.
One day we finally get to go to school. The first day of school is nice I meet lots of new people.
I was trying to open up my locker when this boy asked if I needed help. I responded " no thanks".
Then he said "Are you sure?" I just responded nope. Then he left he was a little desprate though so I think it was the be say no. Then im walking the halls and I completely freeze up. I see someone that I hate and havent seen in a long time.

Oh I forgot! You dont know who that is, well he was the boy that I been in the same class as in 1st grade.
How do I remember during all these years? Well becuase everyday he messed with me. Like everyday then one day at the end of the year I slapped him. Then somehow I got in trouble by my favorite teacher

Then after that he never messed with me again. Then after 1st grade he never cane back I was so happy......until now.
I pretended I didnt know him. Then he came up to me and said " Nicole what are you doing here?" . Then I said " You know just hunting down elephants".
Then he said " what you gettin smart for?"
Then I responded " I dont like you so what you, comin up to me talkin to me like we friends". Then I walked off I heard him mutter "bitch". I know I was alittle harsh but you would do the same if you were in my shoes.
I walked into class and I saw a group of nerd girls, popular girls and nerd boys. Choose wisley Nicole, so I went to the popular girls.
They seemed really nice but had lots of drama. They were really cool and not the bitch type popular girls.
