Monday morning

Dimitri's POV

I took a long sip of my coffee while looking out to the wilderness. Saturday was my debut day where LA knows I'm still alive and kicking I am glad my henchmen had not defaulted to the bastards who took my fathers life. now that I have come to claim what's mine I am sure that no one will mess with me no one.

*phone rings*

Yes?
(Inaudible voice)
On my way.

I stand take my jacket and the chauffeur drives me to the warehouse. Business has officially started.

Ashley's POV

i take Gasper my dog for a walk and my mind keeps on going back to the day i met him. it was so surreal. he just had that sex appeal i've never felt anything like that God i'm going crazy ...

we pass by high end shops and i feel like i need some freshly squeezed juice and a chocolate muffin, i stop by at GLORIA'S where the cottage spanish feeling is so welcoming. i leave Gasper with the caretaker and go in.

Gloria: my dear it's been a while, here sit (she kisses both of ashley's cheeks)

Ashley: thank you amore

Gloria: no need dear... do you want the usual?

Ashley: yes please mama, gracias

I wait for my order as i look out to the busy streets... i really missed this i think
(flashback)
when i first came to LA i had only a duffel bag most people think i came rich i just had the attitude to reach where i am. I had to hustle my way everyday, some things I preferred never to remember...
walking uptown and looking at open end restaurants i really need food. i haven't eaten in 3 days and i have no money I am barely skin and bones I think to my self, I walk up to a small cottage looking place and i see only an old lady inside.. prey...

Ashley: give me all the money in the register pointing a gun at her
Lady: you must be hungry my child sit
Ashley : what? (looking at her crazy) just give me the bloody money you old fool  

lady: the muffin and juice is on me. i am Gloria

(end of flash back)

Gloria: thinking of the time you first came in?

Ashley: always

Gloria: how are things

Ashley: they are great really are

Gloria: you seem flushed

Ashley: it's nothing

Gloria: mia?!

Ashley: just a guy i met nothing special

Gloria: must be special for you to smile with a napkin

Ashley:  aaahh.. well it was an awkward type of meeting nothing serious

Gloria: I have time for nothing serious

Ashley: you aren't giving up are you?

Gloria: not anytime soon ( cheeky grin)

Ashley: well just a mysterious man who doesn't speak much English.

Gloria: well I hope he treats you well.

Ashley: nothing is going on. I don't think I'll see him again

Ashley drinks her juice.
