When I got home the house was quiet. I walked into my room and I was expecting to see Trey because he told me that he would be off today only to find a letter on the bed.

Dear Logan,

I know tonight I was supposed to be home but something came up at work and I had to start the tour early. I'm sorry. I'll make it up to you as soon as I get back. I love you.

PS I would have called but I was rushed to the airport

To be honest I don't know what I'm gonna do tonight. I might just stay in and get ready for work tomorrow. I'm not doing much tomorrow so I'll just hang out with my babies before they start school.

Trey's Pov

To be honest I'm beyond pissed right now. I was supposed to have dinner and make love to my wife tonight. It upsets me that my team went behind my back and added 12 more cities. And then one of them are on my babies' first day of school. That's really fucking with me. I knew that break I was supposed to have was gon come to an end. It always does. I know my baby is probably pissed off too. I'm gonna let her cool off and I'll call her later. I should have known it was too good to be true.
