Lucas Pov
I went outside and we were in Texas, me and Dylan were running through a alley to tell the others were we should head.
There was some guys.
Guy- Hey boys what you doing here?
Dylan-Looking for a path
Guy2-Head back this is our turf
Guy3-Now
Lucas-Sorry we need to go through here
Guy- I'm sorry for doing this. He then punched me.
5 minutes later the guy's were on the ground me and Dylan all bruised up we fell because they kicked our legs but we somehow killed them.
Dylan yelled out, they all ran towards us.
Riley-What the hell happened?!?
Dylan- We got jumped
Lucas-We killed them though.
Maya-Oh....
She said looking at my bruises and cuts .
20 minutes later
Maya and Holland wiped off our blood and covered up our cuts.
Dylan- It's getting late but I want to make it to Florida by tomorrow
Holland- And how the hell are we supposed to do that?
Dylan- By not resting
Tyler- What happens if anyone gets exhausted or hurt?
Dylan- There's eight of us I think we could manage.
Kat- What's going to happen once we get to New york?
Dylan- We live there make our lives better go to school
Ariana walked up to him- What about all of us what will WE do?
Dylan- We'd decide for ourselves what we want to do, we can choose a different path or stay on the same.
Maya- Well if we want to get there by tomorrow we should get going.
She looked at everyone.
We all nodded and started to walk.
Dylan- Tyler and Lucas you guys are the carriers if the girls get tired or hurt you will carry them till they are safe, Riley you will be in charge of the blankets, Farkle you will be in charge of keeping everyone together, Maya you will be in charge of clothing, Kat and Ariana food, and Holland.
He said looking at her straight at her.
Dylan- You try not to get into trouble
3 hours later
(Still Lucas pov)
I walked on the same pace as everyone else Tyler had Kat in his arms I wasn't at the moment but I had Riley.
Riley Pov
I was nervous we had encountered a lot of zombies .
I went up to Maya
Maya- Oh hey riles
Riley- Maya do you think we'll make it. I said turning to her as she did the same.
Maya- I sure do hope so, that's all I can say.
Riley- I'm scared
Maya- Don't be, the rules of doing this is one stay with the group, two walk at the same pace and stay with the group, and three be brave Riles.
She gave me a reassuring smile.
Riley-Yeah, but do you think that we will ALL make it?
Maya opened her mouth but got interrupted my a whine.
We all turned around to see three children a baby,a little girl with light brown hair and green eyes, then a little boy with light brown hair and green eyes, the baby was crying and the little girl laid there while the little boy looked down, and AUGGIE?!
Lucas jumped out, so did Riley.
Lucas-Emma?! Zack!
The children looked up.
Both of them- Lucas!
They ran to him and hugged him.
Kat came out from a different path- Hey guys I found a diner!
She looked at the children as they ran to her then hugged her.
Emma-Kat! Lucas! You're here!
Riley- Who are they?
I asked Lucas
Lucas- My brother and sister
Maya- WHAT?! How come we never knew of them?!!
Lucas- Well me and Kat lived with are dad because are parents are divorced, meanwhile the twins and my baby sister lived with our mother, they got divorced when they found out my mom was pregnant again.
He said still looking at the twins.
Dylan- Well grab the kids we need to hurry it's late and we need food.
Lucas and Kat nodded.
The twins were 4. Dylan picked up  Emma and Lucas had Zack meanwhile Maya had the baby girl who's name was Nicole.
I was holding Auggie's  hand.
Lucas- How'd you guy's make it all the way from California to Louisiana?
Auggie- Well you're parents were now Zombies so Zack , Nicole and Emma came over to my house, and my mom and dad told us to look for you and the gave us food and blankets. Sense we are little we could hide from Zombies. We walked and walked till this day.
Riley- Wow, Auggie what happened to mom and dad?
Auggie- they said they would find us eventually
Riley- Oh ok...
Maya- Well were here.
She said looking at the diner that wasn't invaded.
The lady looked at us.
Lady- Close the door and lock it.
Holland did so.
Lady- What would you guys like?
Auggie- I'll have some fries and a burger with a orange soda.
We all ordered.
Maya Pov
I took a sip from my hot chocolate with cinnamon on top.
I looked at Lucas who had sat in front of me.
Maya- What are you're plans for us when we get to New York?
Lucas- Well we could get jobs and rent a apartment
Maya- Sounds nice. I smiled
15 minutes later .
We were walking until we hit Alabama.
We all walked to a building and layes blankets and we all grabbed pillows.
I slept with Riley,Auggie, and Dylan on a huge blanket. We all had always been close and all became siblings some how.
I looked around and saw Lucas,Kat,Zack,Emma and Nicole on a big blanket.
Then you had Tyler and Farkle.
And then Ariana and Holland. 
We went to sleep Dylan wanted to get there by 10 am so we could rest for five hours sense it was 5am.
The reason he wanted to rest for a day there at a hotel. We had money for things so it was ok to do so.
