One day, a group of friends walk past a mental hospital to get to school.
The hospital is built, around by a wooden fence, leaving small holes where the patients can look.
As the group, walked past the fence... the group of friends, heard the patients whispering to each other.
"10,10,10,10," they would chant.
The next day, they went past the hospital, again.
" 10,10,10,10," the patients would chant, once more.
To their curiosity, one of the friend looked in a hole.
A stick poked the teenager in his eye.
Everyone was comforting their injured friend, but one teenage girl heard the patients chanting,"11,11,11,11."
