Wu and Misako

Jay's POV 

      We walked to the bounty, "Do you think Wu and Misako will understand?" asked Nya walking up to me. I shrugged, "Hopefully." I responded. We finally reached the bounty and started to climb up, lifting the little ones up first ofcorse. We were all on deck when we saw Wu and Misako walk out, "You're back!" said Misako happily hugging Lloyd. "Yes, but. Who are they?" asked Wu pointing at Rosco. Apparently they didn't see Kai2 then they saw Kai2 which they looked shocked at him. "Hey..." he said waving. "W-what?" said Misako. "This is Kai2, Rosco, their children Chris, Zenith, and Terry." Lloyd said pointing everyone out to his mother and uncle. 

     After a bit of explaining everyone was in the kitchen talking, "So, i'm thinking Rosco and Kai2 could have the guest room. Terry and Chris could share a room with Nya, and we could buy a crib and leave Zenith with the boys." she said. "Wait who are you leaving us with?" I said. "Oh, it'll be fine. He barely cries anyway." said Rosco to the Ninja. We nodded knowing we didn't have a choice. "Well, I guess i'll go prepare dinner." said Zane standing up. 

    We all ate dinner peacefully, yet now it was sunset. I walked out with Cole when we saw Kai2 and Rosco sitting watching the sunset together, we couldn't help ourselves but listen. Rosco sighed, "You know. Sunsets always remind me of Lunar, she loved the night sky." she said. "She was the element of night after all." said Kai2 slightly laughing. She giggled a bit but then it died down, "Sometimes I wonder though. If she can still see me... is she watching me? Oh, what would she think of me now..." she says sighing. "Hey, you're an amazing woman, mom, and wife. She's probably, no, she is proud of who you are." he said nudging her. They both leaned in for a kiss when Chris ran forward stopping them both, "Mommy, daddy will you say goodnight to me?" she asked. "Sure." they said leading her to Nya's room. We both slightly smiled at how cute that was then continued to our room. 

Terry's POV 

    Well, this is a fun experience. Nya had an air mattress and some old wood, so her and Jay made a crib and bed for us rather quickly. We were now in Nya's room being told goodnight by mom and dad, "Remember, you need anything and we'll be in the next room." said dad. "Don't worry daddy! I can handle myself!" squeaked Chris looking proud of herself. "That's my girl." he said giving her a tight squeeze. "Goodnight, we love you." said mom and dad. "Goodnight, we love you more!" said me and Chris in union. They gave us each a peck on the head then walked out. We both layed down and went to bed.

     It was around midnight when I woke up, I heard Chris shifting in bed. She woke up and jumped out of bed, running towards the room mom and dad were in. I also got up, once I wake up it takes me a while to fall back asleep. I went to the deck and looked over the railing, we weren't flying but a gentle breeze was blowing my black hair. "Why hello, Terry. What are you doing up?" someone asked behind me. I looked back to see Wu. "Should be asking the same to you." I said as he walked beside me. I continued to stare into the distance, "What's on your mind?" asked Wu. "I guess i'm just missing home." I said shrugging my shoulders. "And why is that?" he asked. "Just 'cause of all the memories, like the time I accidentally broke the fridge. Oh, dad was so mad!" I said remembering it.

        "Memories are important," he said smiling. "I also remember one time, while mom was pregnant with Zenith, I was in such a bad mood. Mom, Dad, and Chris wanted to cheer me up with an ambush. Dad held me while mom and Chris tickled me. Then it broke out into a pillow fight, afterwards we made ice cream and watched my favorite movie. Nemo." I said remembering that time, we were all so happy. Then my smile faded, "What's wrong?" asked Sensei Wu. "It's just. Mom is really stressed out because... Lunar. Her sister, she died several years ago and is still sad over it. Dad is mad at Kai, he made him talk about times we'd all love to forget. And... it's just the stress from everyone." I said mad at the world. "Times will get better." he said. "Spoken like a true wise man." I said. I yawned and went inside, I was passing by mom and dad's room. I looked in and saw Chris crying into dad's t-shirt so I walked in, "Hey. Everyone okay?" I asked sitting on the bed. 

     "Chris had a nightmare." said mom. "Hey Chris. You wanna sleep in here with us tonight?" asked dad rubbing her back. She nodded. "Great." said mom whipping away her tears, I hugged them. "Well, goodnight." I said. Before I walked out I looked back, Chris was clenching dad's shirt, Mom was hugging them both, and dad was smiling at them both. I smiled, it's good to see my family whole. We've all been having a stressful time lately. 

        I just hope that everyone could stop fighting and enjoy each others company. I still feel like one person still has a hold on us through. Skylor Chen.
