"You almost ready!" Screamed Kathie from the living room "Almost!" I replied "well you better hurry! The others are waiting!" I walked out of my room "okay, let's go" I said we walked outside and into my friend alys's older sisters car, because we're 14 and can't dive. "What took so long!" Said Alys "this one takes forever to get ready" Kathie said with a chuckle nudging me. "Alright let's go!" Said Sarah. We were on our way to a party or friend was throwing. When we got there Taylor greeted us "hey! What's up! There's food over there", she ponied to a table to the right, "and drinks over there, OH and there's gunna be live music!" The party was fun, mainly just taking and dancing.
"HEY EVERYONE! HELLO!" Taylor was standing on her coffee table trying to make an announcement but no one would shut up. Kathie put two fingers in her mouth and whistles really loudly, instantly everyone was silent. "Thank you" said Taylor "anyways the live music is here!" "Who is it!" Someone screamed "they're a youtube band, some of you might know them but they are SUPER talented!-Come on guys" she said looking to the side. Four boys walked up. One very tall, pale, glasses and brown hair, Jaycee. The next also tall, dark brown hair and Indian looking, Ron. The next shorter but still tall, pale, glasses, dirty blond hair, Hunter. And the last, tall blond, hazel eyes and a beautiful smile, Justin. Me and Justin talked over the internet and have been wanting to meet up for awhile. "Hi I'm Justin" "I'm Hunter" "I'm Ron" "and I'm Jaycee" "and we're music is my drug."
They didn't have any original songs, they did covers, but they were still amazing. "The first song we'll be performing is bad habits by the kooks, hope you enjoy" said Justin as they stated playing. First Jaycee started with the drums, then Justin with his guitar, then Hunter with the base and Ron with electric guitar. Justin started singing and Hunter joined in with some back up vocals.
"You happy" said Taylor with a smile as she snuck up behind me. "Your the best!" I said and gave her a hug. "You know it" she responded. When they finished performing Justin came up to me. "Hi!" He said "hey!" I responded. He gave me a hug, it's the best feeling in the world when you hug someone you love, and they hug you back harder. Because yes I love him, I didn't tell him that yet but I did. "It's so good to see you on real life and not over a computer!" I said we talked for awhile, alot about music, being music lovers that's pretty much or favorite topic. He walked away to go find the bathroom and Taylor Kathie and alys came up to me. "So you two having fun" said alys. I nodded my head. "You want him don't you" said Kathie "well that was pretty sudden" I replied. "YOU DO" said Taylor "YOUR AVOIDING IT YOU WANT HIM!"
"Okay, okay you know me to well, but tell him that I swear to god I'll pour that punch all over you" I said gesturing toward the big bowl of punch. Justin came back over and Kathie said "Hey Justin, so Sydney's looking pretty good tonight huh" then I kicked her in the back of the leg but you couldn't notice it. "Ow" she said. "She looks beautiful" said Justin with a smile. "Well we'll just leave you two be" said Taylor as they walked off and alys winked at me. The only thing I could think of was "HOLY S**T HE CALLED ME BEAUTIFUL, WHAT SHOULD I SAY? Should I say thank you? But we're off that topic now so that would be weird, just play it cool-"
"Uh sorry-about them-they can be-uh"  I was a nervous mess. "It's cool" he said with a slight giggle. "Oh god he giggled he can tell I'm nervous can't he. I'm out of things to say, that's not good we can't just stand here awkwardly, if only he liked me then we could just make out" I thought.
I turned around so I could see the front yard, it was dark so I couldn't see much, it looked like people flipping. "What're they doing over there?" I asked "don't know, let's go find out" he responded, putting down his drink. When we got there, my eyes were right, it was people flipping. Literally, like, gymnastics. "Hey y'all" ,said alys as we walked over, "wanna learn a flip?" she asked. "Uh-" we began "sure ya do" she said, "how bout a double cartwheel?" She asked. "A what" we replied in unison. "Kathie! Over here! Watch us, taller in back, the person in back puts one hand on the other person's waits.Now cartwheel" they did it and made it look pretty easy. "Your turn" she said. "Um-" I began "come on" said Justin getting up "nothin better to do" he said holding out his hand, and he helped me up. "Okay so Justin in back-now put your left hand on her waist-", I got chills when he touched my waist, "point your toes, now cartwheel!" She said and so we did. It didn't go as expected, we fell, and he fell on top of me. We giggled for a second then stopped and looked at each other.....then he kissed me. Yes, on the lips, it's lasted about 5 seconds until Taylor came up to our ears and said "you two done." Thanks Kathie "I think you need to learn how to cartwheel first" she said with a chuckle. "Let's go inside"said Taylor and we all went inside. "Who wants to play a game?" Said Kathie "like what" I replied "truth or dare?" She suggested, everyone nodded their head "okay, Taylor truth or dare?" She asked "truth"she said "if you could kiss anyone in this room who would it be and why?" "Screw you" she said jokingly "umm....Ron, cuz your cute and funny" people went OOOOO as you would. "Okay Justin, truth or dare?" Said Taylor "dare" he replied "let me think...." she said to herself "I think I have a good one" said Kathie as she walked up to her and whispered something in her ear "ooo that's good" she replied "Justin, I dare you to pay 7 minuets in heaven with...I'll let you choose who with" I wanted to kill her and thank her at the same time. "Oh god" he said "you wanna" he said looking at me "what" I replied "the dare, 7 minuets in heaven" said Taylor from across the room "your asking me if I want to" I said "yes" he replied with a giggle "um-yeah sure" I replied calmly when I was secretly freaking out on the inside. "Closets this way" said Taylor leading us across the room to the closet. "Have fun" she said as she shut the door "Timer Starts Now!" Screamed Ron. It was pitch black and I couldn't see anything, but out of nowhere I felt his lips on mine and his hands on my waist. I put my hands on his shoulders. After about two minuets the door slowly started to open but we didn't notice until the light hit our face and we stopped, "just checking" said Taylor and then shut the door, "five more minuets!" Said Ron. We sat on the floor, "why" I asked "why what" he replied "why did you pick me" "because your nice, funny, pretty, and I good kisser" I didn't really do anything except smile but on the inside I was like "HOLY SH*T THAT WAS LIKE 4 COMPLIMENTS! DOES THAT MEAN HE LIKES ME-?!"
"Why did you agree to it" he asked me "oh so your turning the tables on me now" I said jokingly "you get to ask me why can't I ask you, now don't change the subject, I know you like to do that" he said sounding like he was smiling. "Because...." ugh, having a mental debate about what I should say, "because...I..like you" as soon as I said that I regretted it, I'm just glad he can't see my face. "Do you now" he said "well that's good" he said "why" I replied "cause I like you too" he said. I Mentally exploaded.
"Hearing to much chatter in there! The only sound you should be using your vocal chords for on moaning!" Screamed Taylor. "4 minuets!" Screamed Ron
"What do you wanna do with these 4 minuets" he asked
"I don't know" I responded even though I knew,I just didn't say. "Well I do" he replied and I felt his lips on mine. He put his arm around me. I put my left leg on him and put my hand on his chest. He touched my leg with his hand. No doubt about it, I was the happiest girl in the world. Three minuets went but pretty quickly. Taylor slowly opened the door, but we didn't notice. She crept up to our ears and said, pretty loudly, "Times Up!" We both jumped we got up and Jaycee gave him a high five on his way back and when I sat down my friends said "we're taking about this later" with a side smirk.
"Okay my turn" I began "Kathie truth or dare?" "Um..Dare" she replied. I knew the liked Hunter, they've been taking all night, she's my best friend I can tell when she likes someone, "I dare you to kiss Hunter."
"With the amount of kissing going on we may as well play spin the bottle" said Sarah. "Ooo we should do that next" said Jamie (I don't talk to her much). "Well Kathie, go on" I said "with tongue" added alys. She hesitated for a few seconds then very quickly kissed him quite roughly. Allot of people said "OOOOOO" and someone whistled. Hunter was all smiles after that, Kathie too. We continued to play truth or dare nothing too interesting. It's about 9:00 now. "Who's up for some spin the bottle?" Said Jamie almost everyone said yes. Taylor kissed Sarah. Hunter kissed Kathie (again) I totally ship them. I kissed ron, and when I did it was nothing too intense, no tongue, just a quick peck but Justin face was....not happy. After the game I saw Justin talking to Rob I couldn't hear much except for "just don't kiss her again okay" he said it in a friendly way so I was glad they were still friends. "Hey" I said "hi" he replied. Me and Ron made awkward eye contact and he just walked away. "There doing fireworks if you wanna come" I said "sure" he replied "you-ah-don't have any...feelings for Ron do you?"
"Justin, it was a game. If I had any feelings for him I would have used tongue" I replied with a smile. I was really happy, he felt jealous, which ment he didn't want other guys to take me. Did that mean he wanted me? I think so. When we got to the fireworks, which were the legal kind, we stood in the yard and watched them go off. His hand touched mine and then we were holding hands. He stated to walk backwards but still holding my hand so I figured he wanted me to come with him. We walked back to the wall sort of behind a bush and he pushed me on the wall (lightly he didn't like, smash my head) and held my hands above my hand and kissed me. So much kissing going on tonight this sounds like something out of a love story but it happened. We didn't see most of the fireworks but I didn't care and I don't think he did either. After awhile I heard someone say  "alright that's it!" And when we went to turn around Taylor was there and said, "your sleeping over tonight and we're taking about this"
It was about 10:30-10:45 and people stated to leave.
"So how long are you staying in Massachusetts?" I said to Justin, he's from Pennsylvania. "A week or two" he said "staying in a house on Edina ave."
"Edina? I live on Edina" I said
"Really? Which house?"
"24, the yellow one at the end of the street"
"Cool. I should be heading home now"
"You mind if I walk with you" I said
"Not at all" he replied. His house was right up the street. When we got there we said goodnight but didn't kiss, kinda disappointed. But he asked me for my number, we were taking over Skype and oovoo before. I wanted to know what emojis he put next to my name because everyone, puts emojis next to a contact name. His were
When I got back to Taylor's house Kathie and alys were there too. "And now the slumber party begins!" Said Taylor "So let's begin with the good stuff, tell us
E V E R Y T H I N G that happened with Justin!" So I went on for 30 minuets explaining every detail. "So what are you guys?" Said Kathie "I don't know" I sighed. "Well considering he was upset when you kissed Ron, and he was willing to make out with you, I think he really wants you" said alys. "Plus he said he liked you" added Kathie. I nodded "so Kathie, tell us about Hunter"
"What about him?" She replied. "Oh come on!" Taylor began "you clearly like him!" I added "and you made out with him" added alys. "It was a dare, that's it" said Kathie "LIES!" I said "if it was 'just a dare' why are there heart emojis next to his contact name?" Said Taylor "okay fine, so I like him" she said "knew it" I replied
The next morning when I woke up and checked my phone I saw that Justin sent me a good morning text actually a "good morning beautiful" texts, like, what, AAAA but I just responded with good morning. Later that day I knocked on Justin's door and asked "wanna go on a walk?" So we did. We just walked around the neighborhood, holding hands. I was done with being confused. So I asked "so..what are we?"
"Wanna be my girlfriend?" He asked
"Yes" I replied very quickly "I mean-yeah-sounds-uh-good" he giggled. Life was good. July 14 was the day we became official. when we were done waking and I went back home he gave me a kiss goodbye. When I walked into my house I was all smiles "you seem awful happy" said my mom "what-uh, yeah" I replied "any... reason for that" she knew something, I knew it, I could tell by the way she was taking. "I....have a boyfriend" I said it rather quickly "a boyfriend!" My mom said with a smile "a boyfriend?" Said my dad not as happy, "who?" He said "Justin" I replied "Reece? Internet boy?" He said "yep that's him" my dad pretty much interviewed me about him so we'll just skip that. "I'd like to meet him, how about he comes over for dinner on Saturday?" He said "uh-sure" I replied.
So Saturday came and my dad interviewed him. I'm pretty sure my dad liked him, he's very polite. He says "yes ma'am"and "yes sir" and is polite overall. Again just gunna skip that. I'm going to skip to next week when he has to go back to Pennsylvania.
It was tough, we spent that entire day together. I didn't want him to leave, but he would only be about 30 minuets away but still, he wouldn't be up the street anymore. When the car was packed and he was gunna leave in a could minuets he kissed me and I said "I love you"and he said "I love you too" then he had to go....
We talked over video chat, and text, and calls, every day. I love when he says "I wish you were here with me" let's me know he still loves me. Every few weeks we would see each other in person. I went to his house for the first time last week and was really pressured to make a good impression on his parents even though I've met them befor. So that's how it went for....about a year. I know right a year! I was now 15 and he was 16. I came over his house to watch Netflix and chill. Well that's not really what happened... yeah, you know what I'm talking about. No one found out, his parents weren't home.
