Chapter 2: A lot of firsts

*Liam's POV*

Curse you bro. Iniwan ba naman ako mag isa dito. Haayy.. I continued walking along the corridor. Then I spotted him being hugged by an angel. Who is that girl? Is this Love at First Sight? I sound so girly. I like her. Drake is my twin brother but I'm his complete opposite. Drake is a nice guy. I'm nice but a but a bit bad (Ha?Paano?haha) Yes, I do have the looks and talent but when it comes to girls, I like to fool around. I hurt their feelings. I have a bad history when it comes to love that's why my attitude is like that. UGH!! I must forget... My mom, that girl and me knows what happened. I didn't tell my brother.

(Classroom)
Nakita ko ang kapatid ko papunta sa classroom ko. Weird! Sa ibang way ang classroom niya. At sakto, nakita ko ang anghel. (A/N:Weird ka din naman Liam haha) Ano kaya ang relasyon ni Angel at ng brother ko? They're so close. She even calls him Tyler. The last time I checked, he didn't like that name. She's different, wonder why.

Naglakad papunta sa upuan na bakante sa tabi ko si Angel. Kaya iniabot ko ang kamay ko sabay sabi,
"Uhhmm.. Hi I'm Liam."

Iniabot niya rin ang kamay niya at nag shake hands kami. Sabi niya
"I know you. I'm Corrine."

She smiled at me. I like her smile. I asked her,
"You know me? How?"

She answered with a smile,
"Tyler told me."

I asked her,
"What's your relationship with Drake? Are you dating?"

She blushed and shyly answered,
"What? Tyler is my Best friend."

I asked her again,
"Oh. Okay. Since when did you become best friends?"

She answered,
"Since 1st year."

Wow. That's long. They have a strong relationship. Fortunately, the homeroom teacher didn't arrive so it's free cut. I asked her,
"Can I treat you for a snack, Corrine?"

She smiled and said,
"Sure why not?"

(Cafeteria)
Magkasabay kaming pumasok ng cafeteria ni Corrine. Pagpasok pa lang ni Corrine ay binigyan na siya ng masasamang tingin nung mga babaeng napaglaruan ko na. Ang ikinagulat ko ay hindi man lang siya na bother sa masasamang tingin na binibigay sa kanya. Pagkaupo namin sa pwesto nmin, sinabi kong,
"Bakit hindi ka tinatablan ng masasamang tingin nila sa iyo?"

Nginitian niya muna ako tas sinabing,
"Hindi naman ito ang unang pagkakataon na nakaranas ako ng ganito Marcus. Ay Liam pala. Sorry."

Okay. This is weird. Hindi ako naiirita sa pagtawag niya ng first name ko. Sabi ko sa kanya,
"Okay lang sa akin na tawagin mo akong Marcus. Pero dapat may tawag din ako sa'yo na ako lang ang tatawag sayo nun."

Nag-isip siya saglit  tas sinabi niya,
"Beatrice nalang i tawag mo sa akin."

Sagot ko sa kanya,
"Ang buong pangalan mo ay Lia Corrine Beatrice Mendez."

She gave me a questioning look ad asked,
"How did you know my full name?"

I smiled and answered,
"Drake mentioned you once."

She blushed. She looked so cute. I didn't hold back and pinched her cheeks. At first she was surprised. So I said,
"You look so cute that I can't hold back anymore."

And with that statement, she blushed like a tomato and smiled. I had a good time hanging out with her. She's bubbly and super cute. And she's also beautiful. We are walking around the campus 'cause it's free cut

I asked her,
"What's your next class?"

She smiled and answered,
"Geometry."

Cool! We're classmates again.
I told her,
"We're still classmates."

She smiled at me and answered,
"That's cool."

I smiled and answered,
"So, let's go?"

She answered,
"Sure."

Then we continued walking around. Fortunately, we bumped into Drake along the way. He was surprised to see me with his best friend.
He said,
"Hi Best friend. So you already met Liam."

She answered with a smile,
"Ah. Yes. We're classmates. I was hoping you're in the same class with us, right Marcus?"

She turned to me and smiled.
I answered
"Of course Beatrice."

Drake turned to me and asked,
"Since when did you let anyone call you Marcus?"

I answered
"Just today. Drake, una na kami ha?"

He looked at Beatrice and said,
"Laters best friend."

She answered with a smile,
"Sure"

We continue walking. She asked me,
"Why did Tyler call you Liam, why not Marcus?"

I didn't look at her but I answered,
"I don't want anyone calling me Marcus well, except you."

She asked again,
"Do you have bad memories with it?"

Nagulat ako sa tanong niya. Bukod sa mom ko, wala na akong sinabihan pa. Kaya imbis na sagutin ko, tiningnan ko nalang siya.
Sabi niya,
"Kapag handa ka na, andito lang ako."

Nginitian ko siya. Naglakad na kami papuntang sa klase namin.
----- FAST FORWARD(wala akong maisip na dialog for geometry eh)
*Dismissal
Nagmamadali siyang lumabas ng classroom kaya hinawakan ko ang braso niya at sinabing,
"Saglit lang Bea."

Tiningnan niya ako at sinabing,
" May problema ba Marcus?"

Tinanong ko siya,
"Pwede bang makuha ang number mo?"

Nginitian niya ako at sinabing,
"Sinabi mo sana ng mas maaga. Akin na ang phone mo."

Iniabot ko sa kanya ang phone ko.  Nagtype na siya. Pagkatapos niya mag type iniabot niya ang sa akin ang phone ko tapos kumaripas na siya ng takbo palabas. Hindi ko na tuloy siya napasalamatan. Sa araw na ito, ang gaan sa pakiramdam na makasama siya. Marami kaming napag usapan. Ngayon nalang ulit ako nagpatawag ng Marcus, ngayon na lang ulit ako ngumiti ng walang halong sarcasm or whatever, at ngayon nalang ulit bumilis ang takbo ng puso ko. She's really different. And I think I like her. Kahit na sa konting pagsasama namin.
