Aaron's POV

About a month before actual shooting, our director Tom Hooper wanted the guys and I to start vocal training together. We were all playing the Friends of the ABC in the movie, our roles aren't too big and important, but this meant a lot to me to be in Les Miserables.

Most of the guys I'll be working with are British, so we met in a sound studio in London. Being on Broadway has prepared me for anything that I need to know hopefully!

"Hi, I'm Aaron Tveit," I say greeting a guy with black curly hair.

"I'm George."

"Oh, you're in that one show, uhh Vikings right?"

"Yeah, and you're broadway boy huh?" he says smirking.

A little annoyed I nod my head and walk away to greet some more of my costars since George obviously wasn't happy about my presence. Another guy with dark curly hair approaches me.

"Fra Fee, nice to meet you!" he says with an incredibly thick Irish accent.

"Aaron! Nice to meet you. Is your name actually Fra?"

"Yes it is actually, I have no clue what my parents were thinking. This is Alistair. We are both West End actors. You're from broadway correct?"

"Yes I am, hope you guys aren't going to give me a hard time about it like George over there!"

"Oh, I see you two have met. He's just giving you a hard time because he didn't get the part of Enjolras."

"Actually, we all auditioned, but no grudges!" Alistair adds.

After a day of introductions and handing out lyric sheets, the guys invite me for a few drinks at a pub.

Surprisingly, we all get along really well. Like George says, we're all young handsome actors who can sing. All of which is true. I'm on my 2nd drink when a brunette walks into the pub and the guys greet her with cat calls and obnoxious comments.

"What the hell are you guys doing?" I ask in anger. "I don't know how you guys do it here, but that's not how we treat women in America, let alone greet them!"

Everyone ignores me and they approach the brunette.

"Look what we have here, the beautiful Samantha Barks!"

Sam's POV

"Shut up guys!"

"Long time no see Sam! How are you?" Fra asks.

"I'm pretty good, i've been busy with Oliver and every- uhh who's that?" I quietly whisper staring at Aaron.

"That's Aaron Tveit! New guy in town, he's pretty cool."

"And really attractive," I mumble.

"What did you say Sam? You think Aaron's HOT?" Alistair screams.

"No no I did not! Stop it guys," I whine, smacking them all on their heads. I look over to Aaron who's too engaged in his phone to notice anything we said.

"You alright man?" Alistair asks.

He looks up for a moment and goes back to his phone.

"Everythings fine I guess. My friend Angela and I are just having a little issue."

"Your girlfriend?" I ask raising an eyebrow.

"No, well sort of. We're on and off. So you're Samantha? I've heard so much about you and your mad vocal skills," he says smiling. His smile just makes me melt.

"Yes, you're welcome! I mean, thanks. Call me Sam though, actually, just call me whatever you want! I'm fine with whatever, except maybe Sammiecakes, or Samdog, or- I should stop talking now..."

"Alright, I better get going then, see you guys!" he says chuckling.

I quietly sit sipping on someones drink avoiding eye contact with everyone around me.

"Call me anything? Really Sam? Already crushing on your costar," George teases.

I bury my head in my arms.

"I can't believe I just said that. Kill me now please."

The guys just laugh at me and we drink the night away. First day of work and I've already made a fool of my self. Only 4 months to go!

Interesting chapter huh? 1 vote and 1 comment till the next please :) by the way, Fra plays Courfeyrac, George plays Grantaire, and Alistair plays Jehan in the movie! Also, west end is like broadway in Britain
