Chapter One
Talia's P.O.V.
My mother beamed at me happily as I walked in the door, "Hi Talia! How was your day at school?!"
I shrugged and walked up the stairs.
"Hey Tiffany, meet me at the burger place at 5."
It was where we met up every Monday, it was our little tradition. I threw on my most comfortable hoodie and jeans and got into my car. I couldnt wait to see Tiffany, she was the only person I liked being around, even though we were complete opposites. I think its why we worked.
I pulled up to the burger place and saw a group of loud obnoxious guys enter pushing and shoving eachother.
"Ugh what jerks." I said to myself.
I sat in my car waiting for the late, as usual, Tiffany. *tap tap tap*
"AHHHHHH!"
"Hahahah! You should have seen your face!!" Tiffany managed to get out between breaths and bursts of laughter.
"Ugh! You nearly killed me!" I shouted annoyed.
"Whatever! Lets go in, im starving!"
That's the thing with Tiffany, she had an appetite of a grown man but was skinny as a twig. She dressed the opposite of me, flowy black skirt and light pink top, which made her look even paler then she already was. Her blond hair was pulled into a tight curled ponytail and her heels made her 3 inches taller. I never understood why she put so much effort into herself all the time. It seemed exhausting.
We entered the burger place and took a seat at the booth across from the group of guys I saw earlier.
"Oh my god!" Tiffany whispered not so quietly in my ear. "Its Audrey's ex-boyfriend Mason and all his friends!"
She was right. I overheard one of the guys, Brett say something.
"We need a way to help Mason get over Audrey."
Zaine then interrupted saying "I know easy way to get over the bitch who broke your heart. You just get with other girls."
"Do you really think that's gonna help Mason?"
"Of course. And to make things more interesting lets make it a bet. Whoever can get with the most girls within the year wins and can make the losers do whatever he wants for the whole day."
Oh my god. Were they really going to go through with this?
"No way! We need to tell Audrey. Now!"
