Information:
-Can fire lightning bolts by flaping it's wings
-Turns static electricity into lightning (Basicly, if you have static in your hair from a balloon and he touches your hair, he shocks you with tiny bolts of lightning)
-Always has static on him (that's how he can create lightning in his wings)
