I'm thinking about getting a dog. I've been told I need some company. I think I'm doing well on my own but things can always improve. A dog seems like a step in the right direction.
You never wanted to get a pet but I know you love animals. I remember the time we discussed our favourite animals. Yours are wiener dogs, mine are gorillas. You used to talk about such random stuff, from colour combinations to the moralities of war.
I wonder what we would talk about now.
