Chapter 2 (lexi's POV)

Chapter 2

lexi's pov

We walked around the building the whole time dean was staring at my ass making me shiver as old memories came back to me. I shook all the images from my mind as carter and patrick told me about the team and showed me where everything is. I learned everyones name and i could tell that the guy named blake the one i beat up today dident like me what so ever. I mean i could care less if he liked me beacuse i wansent a big fan of him either. I was deep in my thoughts when i felt a hand on my arm. I jerked away and elbowed the guy in the rips before i turned around and and i saw dean holding his gut as he fell to the floor. I turned back around and looked at pat and carter who were just standing there looking at me and then at dean. So where is the trainning room? I asked making sure my voice came out strong. Carter turned to pat and they both started walking down another hall back to the reception area. It's right there the girls locker room and the guys locker room is conected to it so you can change and then head right in but the only time you have to train is when we are not out in the feild. pat said as he looked at me.

thanks for showing me around but im going home can you tell luke that brent and toby took me home. I asked carter who was now staring at me. Ya sure but can i ask you something first? He asked as his eyes looked right into mine.Sure. I said as i looked at him. Why do you have to have those guys take you home? He asked. They have taken me everywere but now that i work here they wont be taking me home but untill tomarrow they still have to take me home. Tomarrow i will drive my self but luke never let me go anywhere with out them. I said before brent came over to me and put his arm around my shoulder and nodded to the guys before pulling me away from them and walking me out to the large black SUV that sat outside the building. Lexi we got you a black hummer thats at your place so you have a car and we also made sure that you have everything you need. After we drop you off at your house no one from your old life will be able to talk to you. That means not luke not me not toby no one. Brent said as we drove down the highway.

Why you guys are the only ones i trust you cant just leave me with theses guys. I said as i looked at brent who just kept his eyes on the road. Lexi its for your own saftey if anyone from the past finds us then they will know where you are and we are not  going to let them get to you toby said from the back seat. Will i ever see you guys agian? I asked as we pulled into a driveway that sat by a large pond in the front of the yard. The house was huge it had stone all over it and it had a large back yard. Brent stopped the car and looked at me. Lexi I know that you dont trust any of those guys right now but let me tell you we looked into there backrounds and they have never done anything that is bad these guys are there to help people and they will treat you like your family so please give them a chance before you make up your mind. Brent said as he looked at me. I nodded my head before i got out of the car and walked to the house. The door was unlocked so i walked in and saw a pair of keys sitting on the table right next to the door. The house was amazing with the large windows in the living room and in the office area. I walked around until i found the kitchen. The fridge was stocked with everyting i like and there was a note on the large wood table that was in the kitchen. 

I opened it and it was from luke. 

Lexi-

The house is filled with everything you will need to stay safe and i know that you said you have always wanted a big hosue with a pool so i hope this is what you wanted. I know that you are still confused about us leaving you but i know my brother and he will keep you safe and the guys you meet will keep you safe to so trust them like you trust me and you will get the life you have always wanted but still be careful.

I smiled at the note before i burned it useing the match that was attached to it. I walked into the living room and i walked up the stairs that were in there. I found the master bedroom and i saw the closet full of new cloths. I took a shower and changed into a pair of black shorts and a green tank top before i went to bed letting everything that happened today just float through my head but it was all gone once my eyes closed and i was out like a light.

I woke up early the next day since the stupid alarm clock that sat on the end table by my head was making a teribble sound making my head hurt. I hit all the buttons trying to make it stop but it wouldent so i threw it on the ground making it shut up. I smiled and walked to my closet pulling out a pair of athletic shorts and a black sports bra. I took a cold shower and changed. I walked to my closet and found a black duffle bag in the back of it. I pulled it out and put a pair of sweats and a pair of jeans in it along with a black wife beater. I walked down stairs to the kitchen and got a bottle of water and i ate a apple before walking to the front door and grabbing my kegs off the table. I walked out of the house locking it after me. I used the small black button thing on my key chain to open the grage so i could get to my hummer. I got in and i drove back to the office remembering the way i came from last night. I got there and i was grabbing my bag off of the passenger side of the car and i saw a key card with my name and picture on it. I grabbed it to and walked to the door. 

It was locked so i used the key card to get in. I walked up to the the toip floor where the locker room's,the traning center,meeting room,and all the offices were. I walked into the locker rooms and saw a large locker with my name on it. I threw my bag into it and walked out to the training room. I put my head phones in my ears and turned my music all the way up before i started my work out.
