Today was the first day of school it was pouring buckets outside. I walked in and removed my hood from my head and felt it land on my backpack. I was dressed all in black and probably looked like I was there for a funeral. And I partially was there for a funeral, my funeral. I'd never really had much luck with school and I doubted this year would be any different than the rest, but for some reason when I removed my hood I felt a warm feeling in my chest for some odd reason. I went and sat under the enormous staircase and hid myself away, and awaited for the first bell to ring. I sat there in my little hideaway hole and looked over my schedule as I watched as friends were reunited with other friends and I sat alone. I heard the bell ring and I slowly rose from my hole and slung my backpack onto my shoulder and headed off to my first class seeing as other classmates were darting off to go to their classes. This was it the first day was beginning.
