At lunch

"Jeffrey why is everybody calling you a fag, and me your boyfriend?" All day. All frickin day! You'd think people would get a life, or at least shut up. You see all day people have been calling us the fagget couple, and all day Danny would ask why but I just shake my head at him.

I get I should just tell him but... he would probably leave me and he is the only other friend I've had- other than Ethan off course- since I came out.

"Well are you gonna tell me?" I should just tell him who cares if he leaves I've only know him for a few hours.

"You see-" I'm cut off by Ethan.

"Hey Jeff and who are you?"

"Hi I'm Danny" He extends his hand. Ethan shakes it.

"Ethan." After their hellos Ethan took a seat across from me.

"So how was your day so far?" He asked. When he asked that it seemed like Danny remembered our conversation, I was hoping he wouldn't mention it in front of Ethan but I can tell he's going to.

"Oh yea so are you going to answer my question?" Knew it, frickin knew it. Ethan looked at me with a questionable look then looked at Danny, then back at me with a knowable look. My reaction was the reaction that doesn't make anything better.

"No it's not that Ethan gosh!" I was practically screaming at him, which made him raise his eyebrows. I think I need to chill, like really.

"Then what is it about." It didn't even sound like a question, more like a demand.

"Well..." I looked over at Danny and he gave me an expected look, now or never and him leaving shouldn't effect me."I'm gay and he didn't know and he was asking why people were calling him my boyfriend." I finish and looked over to Danny, and so did Ethan.

We expected him to leave, call me names, tell everyone he's not my boyfriend but he did none of that just sat and shrugged his shoulders.

"Really are people this immature"

"So you're okay with everyone calling you my boyfriend, and ruining your first day?" I am so confused it's his first day, people called him names, my boyfriend, and he still wants to be friends with me. Wow.

"Yeah it doesn't matter to me, It's not like it's true anyways." But boy do I wish it was we could hold hands, kiss, and I would be able to prove everyone wrong. To say that we are boyfriends and nothing they say will hurt us, but i guess we all have dreams that reach to far I don't even know his sexuality for christ sake!

I felt a vibration in my pants. Not like that ya nasties. It was a text from Ethan I looked over at him, but he was talking to Danny.

Baby E- Stop looking at him like that

I looked over at him again with confusion before replying.

JJ- Like what what are you typing about Willis

I looked up just in time to see him roll his eyes before replying.

Baby E- You like him I can tell with the way you were looking at him and you were hoping he wouldn't leave so when he didn't you were happy and now you're gonna fall deep so STOP!

I looked up at him shocked by his reply. What can I say back to that? It's the truth I know I'm starting to definitely develop feelings for him. Ethan's right and I need to stop, I mean I just met the guy. What loser falls in love or starts liking someone they just met.
