I brushed through my wet hair, a towel wrapped around my body and soft music playing from my stereo beside me. It was pretty late, maybe 10 or 11, and I hadn't heard from Theo all day. It honestly worried me a bit. Suddenly, a loud bang sounded from outside my room. My mom was at work, she wasn't supposed to be home until 6. A panic settled in my stomach, clinging onto the towel for dear life. I grabbed a bat with my other hand, preparing to hit the intruder. Hopefully it wasn't anything supernatural. My bedroom door slowly swung open, and I raised the bat. "Y/N!! Stop! It's just me!" Theo. It was just Theo. "Theo don't ever do that again you scared me half to death!!" Realization crossed his face, staring at me blankly. Then his eyes raked my body, still wrapped in a towel. He smirked slightly, blush evident on his cheeks. I felt my cheeks heat up, "I'll be right back" I said with a small wink. I changed into grey shorts and one of Theos hoodies in the bathroom. I saw Theo just sitting on my bed, looking around my room. I padded over, sitting beside him. "Why are you here so late?" I asked, running my fingers through his hair. "I wanted to see you" he turned his head so he was facing me, a smirk playing on his lips. I couldn't help but smile, he makes me so happy. The others don't trust him, but they don't see the Theo I see. "By the way, you look beautiful" his hand reached up and brushed my cheek. "I don't even have any makeup on..." I stuttered. "You don't need it, I think you look stunning without it. And did I mention my sweater looks good on you?" He kissed my nose, just staring at me. What this boy does to me. I finally pressed my lips against his lightly. Every time it was like sparks- no, fireworks. He instantly kissed back, melting into my touch. His tongue traced my bottom lip, gladly deepening the kiss. I wished I could stay like this forever, but eventually we both needed air. I smiled, kissing his cheek again before getting up and running to the bathroom. "Y/N, where are you going?" Theo chuckled. I grabbed my phone, shutting off all the lights and making my way back to the bed. I pulled the covers off, laying down. Theo caught my drift, pulling off his shirt and laying down next to me. At least he decided to wear joggers. Almost instantly, I curled into his side, laying my head on his shoulder. His arm wrapped around me protectively, pulling me closer to him. I reached up, kissing the crook of his neck quickly. Our legs tangled together, my hand drew small circles on his chest. I remembered my phone in my pocket, grabbing it and putting my soft music back on. I sighed contently, feeling his heartbeat under my fingers. He was so calming, the way that he could just walk up to me on my worst day and hug me, telling me it would get better, and it would. Simply because I was with him. "Can we stay like this forever?" He mumbled. "I wish we could." I felt him sigh, rubbing my back comfortingly. "Stay the night?" I asked. I knew he was smiling even though I couldn't see him. "Of course." I started drifting off to sleep, when I heard Theo say something I'll never forget. "Goodnight y/n, I love you.." And with that, I fell asleep with a smile on my face.
