darkest hour

CHAPTER 2

ZEPHYR'S POV:
    I left the house before she could say anymore. God shes so controlling, one more minute and i would have blurted out everything. I was still talking when I tripped on a rope that turned me upside down. Before I could fathom anything out, everything went black.

I woke up and I found myself all tied  up next to my dad and the alpha. I could smell Beth's scent closeby.

"She's here" I told my dad and the alpha but the look on their faces told me they knew already.

"What are we going to do, she can't find out now".

" maybe she should. She going to find out sooner or later." Her dad said.

"No, she can't, she'll never forgive me for not telling her anything". I said.

"You did it to protect her" my dad said just as the vampire king spoke up.

" its been so long since we last met." He said.

"It was just two weeks ago". The alpha replied.

"Really?, then we should really be doing this more often and maybe next time you can bring Elizabeth with you. I bet she still doesnt she's a wolf yet ." He said.

" why did you bring us here." My dad asked.

"Just to play our usually game. You know the rules already, so ill just go straight to the point. Firstly, where is Elizabeth. Rodulph, you want to answer?" He said facing the alpha.

  "Not on your life" the alpha said and he was shot". I brought down the barrier and tried to link beth.

"My love can you hear me. You need to leave as quick as possible. Am sorry for not telling you, I'll explain later, but for now try to go back home."

" I don't want to hear it, I can't believe you this this from me." She said and I her scent became more and more distant.
  
"Beta, are you going to tell me what I want to hear."

" you aren't getting anything out of me" my dad replied and he pulled the arrow.

"Wait!, don't kill him, i'll tell you, but you have to let us go afterwards."

"Speak"

"US, California to be precise, she stays at a pack house there, but I haven't been there yet, so I don't know the exact address. There, I told you, a deal is a deal now let us go.

"True, a deal is a deal, except in cases where its not. Take care of them". he said and two arrows were fired. I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and I saw the arrow used on my dad in his chest.

"Dad, dad are you okay."

"Go, find her and tell her" he said coughing. 

  "I can't just leave you her, I need-"

"I. SAID. GO." He said and I got up and ran as fast as my legs could carry me.

BETH's POV:
I ran towards the pool wen I heard crashing sounds. I knew it was zephyr, and I was ready to unleash every bit of anger I felt inside of me. I entered and saw him lying on the floor, bleeding like hell.

"What the hell zeph, what happened!" I asked, kneeling down beside him.

" its nothing" he said chocking out most of the words.

" what do you mean its nothing, we have to get you to a hospital as soon as possible".

"As if, its Wolf's bane, going to the hospital won't fix anything."
