The letter. Where was the letter? Where am I? Was it all just a dream? Why did I have this flustering feeling in my heart?
"Sae Ra! Are you awake?" A familiar voice called out.
It was all just a blurred image at first, but when my eyes started recognizing the picture, I grew breathless. I thought it had all just been a bad dream. That my bad dream had only been and only stayed a dream. But it was all a lie.
"WHY ARE YOU HERE?"
I shouted in rage. Hot, rushing tears spewed out from my sleep deprived eyes. I was pathetic. It was in fact just fool's love.. But could you blame me? It was a love that I desired.. But it wasn't my love... It was her love. He was not mine, but hers. The cruel, cold words got to me as I loudly cried myself to sleep.
I glanced at them being all lovey dovey. I grimaced as I saw her kiss him on the cheek. Can't she keep to herself? I frowned as I saw him lean in. I wiped a tear as it threatened to spill over. Stop being so pathetic, Sae Ra. I got up from my seat and walked out with my head held down. I walked faster as I bumped into someone.
"Oh my gosh, super sorry there!"
"Watch where you're going you fool." the man growled as he scurried away.
He ran off before I could explode my anger at him. I ran to my room to find my mother and Mr. Choi, the man that ran Shinhwa Bakery, talking in low, muffled voices.
"I can't keep doing this anymore, Jihyuk! They'll all know soon!" Mother cried. "My image will be ruined!"
I assumed Mr. Choi was threatening my mother, but I realized it would be wise to keep quiet.
"Shut up, you old, silly woman!" Mr. Choi rasped.
My eyes began to widen with each insult he threw at her. As I was about to march in there and ask what he was doing, he slapped my mother so hard on the cheek, I heard the slap. With my luck, I tripped on the door, causing it to squeak loudly.
I ran as quick as my legs could carry me. I glanced behind me to see some of that old man's goons following after me. I saw a street pole in front and smirked. I ran and jumped off grasping it. I swung myself round and about swiftly kicking some of them in the jaw. I swung myself of into the air before I flipped onto the ground. I had made it down to an old barbecue place. I glanced around to see a few limping after me. I ran faster and suddenly halted.
"MOM!" Suddenly, in this time of shock, I was grabbed into a hold by one of the men. "Aish-h! You annoying old man! Get off, ugh you smell like moldy cheese!"
The man looked at me and I coughed, "Do you know what soap is?" He frowned seeming hurt.
"Oh, sorry. Let me go and I'll get you something to get you nice smelling, eh?" He let me down, as I laughed haughtily. I threw a hand sanitizer bottle.
" Use it wisely!" I ran off as he smiled at me.

I ran and ran as far as my feet could take me and that led me to a forest. I looked around and observed my surroundings. It was a strange place I had never seen before. Well, considering that I've been practically sick for most of the time in my life, I'd think every place is strange. I laughed out loud to myself, but I had soon to realize that I was not alone. It did not take me long to know that I was not the only one in the forest. I took the pin from my hair and threw it to the tree.
"Well, well, we meet again." a smooth, low voice snarked.
My heart started beating so fast that I was not afraid of the intruder, but terrified of the thought that my heart would drop dead. My adrenaline pumped faster as my reflexes kicked in. I kicked him in the shin and tried to jab him with my elbow, but that ultimately did not work out well. He dodged my attack by ducking. When he chuckled, it was a low laugh, with mischief hidden behind fun.
He grabbed my waist and threw me over his shoulder. I screamed until my throat hurt. I cautiously stopped shouting because I sense he seemed cross. He tossed me over to the trees and I was lucky enough to land on my feet. Right when I was off guard, he pinned me to the tree. I shook with fear and nervousness of his next move.
I slowly opened my eyes and decided to examine him. He had dark eyes. The ones that seem like you should watch out for. As skinny and pale as he looked, he was quite strong. He had jet black hair that was blow dried. Actually, he was quite handsome. He caught me staring and smirked. I turned such a red that was unimaginable.
"That's right; you were checking out awesomeness, tomato face."
I scowled at him. "As if I would check you out, you kidnapper."
He sighed in frustration, "I'm not a kidnapper!" I rolled my eyes once again doubting that. "I'm HyunWoo. And you're half fox." He smiled.
I stared at him in disbelief. He pulled out a dark navy blue bead and shoved it in front of my face. "See."
I glared at him and pushed his hand away. "That doesn't prove anything, idiot."
He smirked. "Really? Because I think otherwise." He quickly placed the necklace over my head. After all that, I saw a light flash and I gasped... I remember...I remember now...
