~World Between the Realms~

Can i ask a simple question? Have you ever wondered about parallel universes?

Have you ever wondered whether they really exist or not? There's no way of proving them. No scientific way to show they exist. No one has even found the slightest , tiniest, smallest, microscopic trace of evidence that such things are real. We don't even know where these things can be located. They could be on another planet we don't know about, in another solar system, in another galaxy, in another universe...

In another Realm.

They may not even exist, but we still believe in them, because there's nothing to stop us from believing, considering the fact that there's no evidence. We dont even know what could possibly hide within the confines of these worlds. Imagine what types of worlds they could be!

Maybe there's a world where its exactly the opposite of our world. Maybe there's a world where everything is the same, but the genders have been swapped. Maybe even simple worlds exist, like a world covered in plants, a huge jungle. Or maybe a desert. Maybe a kingdom somewhere. Maybe even aliens or mutants live in these worlds...who knows? The possibilities of this sort of thing is endless.

...Can i ask another question? Do you believe in magic?

What IS magic exactly? Magic doesnt even have a definition. To most people, the first thing that comes to mind when they think of magic is controlling something with your hands, or maybe magic shows with those little tricks, or maybe using spell books. Most people often think that witches, wizards, sorcerers, and sorceress's are the main people that control magic.

Does magic even exist though?

If such a thing does exist, then what is it exactly? How would using "magic" work exactly? How would someone "activate" magic? Would there be a certain thing you need to do? Can it be proven what needs to be done through science? Do we just have to say some random crap and we can suddenly shoot fireballs out of our hands, or what? What if we all have magic, but we dont know how to activate it.

What if it doesn't even have the possibility to exist.

Magic...Parallel Universes, these things may never have the possibility to exist. They may just be things that are imaginary to us, things that we believe to be real in our subconscious. Why do we even believe in this things if they might not even be the slightest bit real?

Well...the thing is...

I know.

I know that these things are real.

Ive been to these places. Ive seen what these places look like. Surprisingly, they dont look as weIrd as you may imagine them to look like. How do i know these places exist may you ask? Well...lets just say its my job.

I was destined, along with my friends, for this job. It can be a rather...difficult job, but nonetheless, its still an important job for us to have. What is this job you may ask? Well, you will find out soon enough.

This is how my friends and i became the protectors of this world.

Of this Galaxy.

Of this universe.

Of this Realm.

"Puppy...Puppy...WAKE UP ALREADY YOU LAZY PIECE OF CRAP!" A loud voice suddenly awoke me, my vision becoming blind by something soft as soon as i opened my eyes. I struggled in a fit in panic, causing me to tumble off my bed, the light blue sheets from my bed having wrapped around my legs, making them tangled a tiny bit. I realized the thing that had blinded me was a pillow.
