Chapter 1: confusion & heartbreak

Jade's PoV:
Today was a usual boring Tuesday, stuck in maths class with Miss Clark, she just kept droning on and on about equations, at least I think she is, no one really pays to much attention.

Finally the bell rang and we were let out of the class, I had lunch now, lunch was my favourite part of school and the only good thing that school offers, I was waiting for my best friend Sophie and my boyfriend Liam they are so late, I don't know what's going on they are always early because they have English together.. Lucky.

I start to walk to the cafeteria when I over here to popular boys talking but they stopped and started walking over to me, I know Liam is on the lacrosse team but they have never spoke to me before.

"Hey jade right?" He said scratching the back of his neck
"Umm.. Yeah what's up?" I responded confused as to why he was talking to me
"Well since Liam has give you the boot and moved on to your slutty best friend I was wondering whether you wanted to go out with me?" He asked cockily

I didn't waste to seconds to asked what he meant was it some sort of sick and twisted joke he was playing.

"w-what do you m-mean?" I stuttered utterly shocked
His cocky expression changed straight into a shocked one "what you, you didn't know he just sneaked into the janitors closet kissing Sophie?" He said in a confused tone

I didn't waste no time, I ran to the janitors closet, and as soon as I got there, I heard the noises, my throat went dry and my shaky hand grabbed the handle and it opened to see a very naked Liam on top of a very very naked Sophie, they both turned to me, with shocked faces, tears ran down my face, I was shocked and I couldn't move, I couldn't breathe.

The one person I trusted my life with, he said he loved me, she was like a sister, I quickly ran away to the toilets ignoring Liam's shouts, everyone around me stopped and stared.

I was left.shattered.sad.heartbroken.
