Tella

I have OCs, but this one I wanna share especially.

Her name's Tella. She doesn't share her last name often, and she attends Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. A muggle born, she's in Ravenclaw, but isn't the brightest. The riddles at the door constantly stump her but she can usually get in by showing Mr. Eagle, as he's been dubbed, a piece of her artwork or playing a little tune on her piccolo. She has a "simply lovely relationship" with him and goes to the statue for advice it inspiration.

Since she's a muggle born, she finds her pure blood friends find 'normal' things to be odd. Her habit of dying her hair outrages colors fascinates them, especially the fact she does it without magic. Tella loves magic and Charms is her favorite subject, but she also relishes in being the oddball and using pens instead of quills, and using every chance to show her friends her charmed iPhone. She also tends to spit out random facts that are not relevant to the conversation in any way.

She can see the Thestrals, and love spending time out in the grounds as much as she does in the library. She has a little flower garden I'm the grounds that no one dare touches, especially after a Slytherin was cursed for destroying the color changing tulips. She loves reading, especially fiction. Her shelf next to her bed in the dorms has a record 292 books, (thanks to undetectable extension charms) close to breaking the record of 328.

She adores the common room and often spends late nights there, and is friends with the house elves. She can be found in a little window seat, playing her piccolo, reading, studying, drawing, or practicing charms. Often, the chalkboard is decorated with her drawings.

I adore Tella. She is different from the normal Ravenclaw standards, not too bright in school but exceptional in the arts, and is a funny, witty, charming, sarcastic character who is sweet and smiley but can bite your head off if need be. She values learning over everything else. She is awesome.
