I woke up the next morning in Tyler's room next to Nash. I guess I fell asleep in his arms.
I went downstairs to see Nash cooking something
"Hey beautiful, how was your rest"
" Good. So watcha making "
" eggs your favorite "
" eggs aren't my favorite, there my mothers. wow real considerate Nash" and I stormed upstairs
" are you ok. You've been really mean and nasty lately"

the fire alarm started going off
Nash and I ran downstairs to see the whole kitchen and part of the dining room on fire!!! We couldn't escape because there was fire covering the door
" Nash what do we do we cant call anyone our phones are burnt and there isn't another way out of the house"
" don't worry" Nash ran to the window but the fire was slowly coming his way
" Nash hurry" but the only window we have downstairs wouldn't open
" I'm trying" Nash said trembling

All of the sudden the fire was surrounding Nash and coming towards him
" Nash your cornered w-what do we d-do"
Nash was slowly getting the window open but he couldn't fit yet
The fire was a foot away
I was trying to help Nash but the fire almost burnt me so I ran upstairs not helping Nash
I opened my window which was 30 feet off the ground and jumped because the fire already burnt my brothers old room

The fire burnt half of my foot and I could barely walk. The window still wasn't open enough and my whole leg was almost in fire I started getting weaker and weaker but i finally managed to open the window and squeeze myself through but I fell in Makayla's lawn and my vision was getting smaller and smaller and I passed out
I woke up in a gurney getting carried to the ambulance as the whole house was on fire. I saw another gurney with a body in it covered with blood and a bone popped out.
It was Makayla
