Accidentally In Love (Klaus love story)

Chapter one

I finally finished packing, I had so much stuff in those boxes it took so long to unpack it all but, I did it. When I walked downstairs my parents were unpacking the kitchen stuff.

"Are you done unpacking," my mom said.

"Yea I was actually going to take a look around the town. It's a lot smaller than San Francisco," I said to her.

"Of course honey its Mystic Falls its supposed to be small but, you can take a walk around, try to fit in. I know it can be hard being a witch but trust me it gets better," she said.

"Ok mom. I love you, I'll be back before dinner," I told her.

"Alright see you when you get back home sweetie," she told me, right when I closed the door.

So here I am walking the streets of Mystic Falls looking for a place to hang when I see a building labeled Mystic Grill ( they could've at least thought of something original ).

When I walked in I saw so many kids my age but I bet none of them have powers like I do. 'Enough day dreaming' I thought to myself, I'm kinda hungry and dinner doesn't start till 8 and its only 2.' After the scolding I did in my head I sat down in a booth and saw a boy my age walk over. He had blond hair and very,very blue eyes and a nice build. If I had guess I'd say he played either basketball or football.

"Hi I'm Matt I'll be your waiter, what can I get you," he said.

"Hi yes I would like a coke, cheese fries, and chicken nuggets please,"I said to him and I also added in a smile

"Sure i'll come back with your order straight away," he said.

While I was sitting in the booth I saw this guy walk in and half of all the teenagers tensed up including the waiter Matt as he was bringing me my food.

"Hey Matt who's that guy that just walked in here,"I said.

"Oh that's Klaus stay away from him he's bad news i'm telling you this since your new and you don't know things around here,"he told me.

"Oh ok thanks for telling and thanks for the food,"I said.

"Your welcome,"he said.

It was funny though because right when Matt said 'Klaus' he looked at us like he could hear every word Matt was saying then when Matt left this Klaus guy kept staring at me. You know I tried to ignore it but its kinda hard when someone keeps staring at you.

After I finished eating I paid for the food and left the grill but,not before a couple of people followed me out.

"Hey you, you're new here right," a girl asked me.

"Umm...yea I just uh moved from San Francisco,"I told her.

"Wow that must be so cool the golden gate bridge and stuff and being near the water," a blond girl told me.

"Yea,look if you don't mind me asking but who are you?"I questioned them.

"Oh yea I forgot i'm Elena, this is Caroline and her boyfriend Tyler, this is Bonnie and her boyfriend,plus my little brother, Jeremy," she told me all their names but, its not like i'm going to remember them.

"Hi my name is Melinda, Melinda Halliwell. Look it was nice meeting you guys but I have to go my parents are waiting for me,"I told them trying to make a quick exit. They kinda freak me out I mean the way the followed me out the grill it's like they're trying to keep something away from me. Not that they know this but, I can take care of myself.

"Oh yea just remeber this if you need anything just ask us, we'll be happy to help," Elena told me.

"Sure goodbye," I told them and I left.

Time skip to the next day

"Honey you have school today. Its your first day of senior year at a new school make a lot a friends," my mom said.

"Ok mom. I just don't want to be the school freak anymore," I told her.

"You won't sweetheart just remember what we talked about, and don't use your powers," my dad said to me.

"Ok dad. I'm going to go now, I love you guys," I said to them walking out the door.

"We love you too," they said to me.

Time skip school

As I got my timetable and my locker number I tried to find my classes, when a blond girl came to my rescue.

"Hey do you need help finding your classes," she said to me.

"Actually yea I do. Do you think you can help me?" I said.

"Yea sure, i'm Rebekah by the way if you didn't know,"Rebekah said.

"Oh thank you i'm Melinda," I said to her. Right when I said my name something in her eyes came into effect.

"Thats a beautiful name. Oh look at this you have history so do I so i'll take you there," she said to me.

"Thanks, my mom named me after our ancestor. Thats cool at least i'll know somebody," I said to her. When I said that she smiled at me and showed me to my first class. I think I just made a new friend.

When I got to class I saw that girl, I believe her name is, Elena is in this class with the rest of her gang. They're waving at me to come to the empty seat near them but, I just stayed with Rebekah. As they look at me with disgust I take the seat next to Rebekah she looked shocked that I wouldn't sit with them.

"You know you can sit with them it won't hurt my feelings,"she said to me.

"Why would I sit with them when I can sit next to my new friend who didn't look at me with disgust. Besides they kind of freak me out telling me what to do and stuff, I dont like that,"I said to her.

"I kind of don't like them too and I like that we're friends,"she said. As she said this I felt how happy she was to have me as a friend so I smiled at her which she smiled back and said,"hey how would you like to come my house after school i'll give you my address so you could come."

"Sure just let me ask my parents and i'll come over," I said as she gave me her address.

"Cool so i'll see you then," she said.

"Yeah,"I told her. So when school ended I went home to ask if I go to a friend's house. They said yes so now im making my way to Rebekah's.
