I gotta be honest, I don't know if I could take it
Everybody's talking, but what's anybody saying??Lots of noise was coming threw the thick walls of a club where a band called The Neighborhood is playing. Many girls scream their names to just catch one of their attention, but to no avail none of them seemed to even smile toward them.
It seemed so different with all these new comers and maybe it was only Chelsea opinion, but she sure didn't like it. She remembered when the club's and shopping centers in L.A weren't even packed with fans. It's been long since she knew them, but she never introduced herself because she felt that being a fan means that she could only see from a far.
Though they knew she was one of their number one fans they never got her number or even hanged out. She now had wish that she spoke to them or got their number to hang out. Now she's far in the back with about a hundred or so fans who probably never knew why they wanted fame, but hated it.
She seemed to know more than an average fan should, so she thought that she should be the one up front yelling Jesse to be her boyfriend. It seemed only right to her because being in the back where the air conditioner barley even worked was not even cool.
She huffed and started to move toward the bar to get a cool water. She thought of leaving, but she knew that there was a meet and greet after, so she waiting at the bar while she quietly sang to the songs.
It took another hour for the band to finish, yet she knew it was worth it. She wanted to meet them again probably to see if they still remember her. It's only been about a year that she last saw them here because of tour, although they might not recognize her since they've seen so many new faces to even remember their biggest fan. She became anguish, yet worried they won't notice who she was. That seemed to put her in a bad mood.
She pushed threw the crowd to get to the front of the line seeing as it was time for the greet. She couldn't wait any longer to see them. She jumped up and down like the kids were doing in front of her only to regret it because her age difference between them seemed far and looked like she could be their mother. She tried to contain her joy by tapping her foot.
The line in front of her hadn't been long, so she knew she'll meet them sometime soon. As the people started to move forward her excitement started to rise up. She had hope to get their new merch as it was her turn to go up.
The guard to the right of Jeremy had said she had a minute to talk and get pictures of them which had upset Chelsea. She wanted more time to speak to them, but knowing she was just like any other fan to the guard she couldn't get more time. She had rush up and spoke as fast as she could.
"Do you remember me??? I am or at least i think I still am your biggest fan since you started." She announced. The guys had seemed lost in thought trying to think back to when they weren't famous. Jesse had spoken first and Chelsea had wanted to faint right there and then.
"Sorry, I or rather we don't recall seeing you at our gigs. It's been a while, but that's good to know and I hope you would stay a fan of us." Chelsea face seemed to drop from happy to disappointment. They don't know me she thought as she suddenly put a fake plastic smile and nodded. She knew this was going to happen, but hearing it now just made it seem more awful then she thought it be. She slowly moved away from them, totally forgetting about the autographs and merch. It was then she decided to leave not wanting to remember this day had ever accrued.
Tho she heard they were staying in L.A. for sometime she had this idea about following them and try to at least talk to them more in hopes of them remembering. Chelsea smiled at the thought, wanting tomorrow to come sooner.
