And you can call this my funeral
I'm just telling the truth
And you can play this at my funeral."Let's go to the shopping centre and I'll buy you whatever you want maybe even get a signature on one of your shirts.." Jesse suggested toward them as he held the door out for them as they exited the pizza place. Chelsea whispered a 'thank you' while nodding to his suggestion.
Jesse lead the way while Chelsea and Steve followed right behind. It still felt awkward and unusual to all of them making this the worst day for Chelsea even if she could of done something to bring up the day it would still be the worst. She had now wish Steve never made this happen even if she so badly wanted to meet Jesse. This wasn't what she expected and probably would never forget this day of one of the worst days ever.
"Stop looking so glum it's only making things worst!!" Steve whispered yelled toward Chelsea feeling pissed off that he had made this day happen to Chelsea. He now wished he never made this meet up even if Chelsea always dream of this day. "Go and talk to him. It's not like he'll bite this is why I did this for you, so you can get to know him better." Steve implied at Chelsea as she looked at him like if she rather just die, so he pushed her toward Jesse almost making her bump into him. She turn to look at Steve with an annoyed look before standing next to Jesse.
"I so can't wait for your album Wiped Out to be out. Right now the song R.I.P 2 my youth is stuck in my head. I love that song sooo much, it's amazing actually!!!" Chelsea said as Jesse smiled toward her.
"Thanks that means a lot to me. I try my hardest to please my fans." He said and Chelsea blushed with how much he was just smiling toward her.
"Umm you don't really need to try that hard cause all your songs are amazing and I love all of them!!! They all have unique sounds and beats with great lyrics that mean so much to me and every other fan." She told Jesse as she blushed some more feeling like she needed a fan to cool her off. Jesse smiled again toward her before speaking.
"Well thanks I'll keep that in mind next time I write my songs." Steve then broke the conversation before Chelsea could get another word out of her mouth. He pushed between the two saying sorry while trying to get through.
"Steve!!! What the hell!!! What are you doing???!!" Chelsea bellowed as Steve flinch a little.
"Well dame girl. Nothing I just wanting to hop onto this conversation you both were having here." Steve said as Jesse looked between the to feeling like he was now interfering with something he shouldn't.
"So you decide to just push yourself through!! Wow that's so rude of you!!" Chelsea screamed and before Steve could say anything Jesse broke into their argument.
"Its fine, really I don't care." Jesse said tying to calm Chelsea done which actually worked, but she still gave Steve a death glare and pushed him behind her so she could be next to Jesse.
"Sorry you have to see that." She said but Jesse said it was fine that he too would of been mad this only made Chelsea smile. It then occurs to her that they were still walking toward the shopping centre. She wondered how they didn't get hit if cars kept passing through on the road every time they crossed the road. It worried her though she knew Steve would probably stop them if a car were ever to be passing.
It was like Chelsea had jinxed it and she accidentally tripped pushing Jesse while trying to get her grip on his shoulders to keep her from falling face planted on the concrete. Though Steve had been there to stop her from impacting to the ground, yet she had wished Steve would of save Jesse as the sound of tires screeching on the ground filled the empty silence of death. Chelsea's heart beated a million miles a minute as she turn to look at the scene in front of her.
She stopped breathing for a few minutes before she looked to Steve who had his phone on his ear. He looked toward her just in time to see her looking at him. He felt as bad as Chelsea did, but he was pretty sure she blamed herself more than anything. He walked toward her giving her a hug to try and comfort her, but knowing it wouldn't do much.
"Its my fault Steve...I did this.....I did this...I did this" Chelsea kept repeating as Steve shooked his head.
"No Chelsea there was no way you could of know this was going to happen." The sirens of an ambulance was heard in the distance as Steve hugged her tighter for he didn't want her to see the scene become undone.
"Will he be fine??" Chelsea asked as tears finally streamed down her cheek. He looked into her watery eyes and nodded. He looked up to see the scene before him and saw that Jesse looked to be unconscious, but didn't see any badly injuries.
"He'll be fine...Everything will be fine..." He whispered into Chelsea's head only wishing he could just make everything go way for her. Wishing he was the one on that road instead of Jesse.
