Chapter 1: I've Got a Feeling

Your POV

I didn't need the job. Heck, I probably had enough money to pay the rent twice. But I took it anyway. All because of some stupid gut feeling. It could've been the worst decision I ever made, or it could've had no effect on my life whatsoever. Maybe I'll die. Maybe I'll find out more about the last place. Maybe I won't. Maybe I should hurry up and get dressed. I quickly put on a t-shirt and some jeans. I combed my hair with my fingers and grabbed my keys, enjoying the jangling sound they made. I slipped on some high tops and went outside, hopping on my bike. Sure, I could afford a car, but I didn't have one. I rode to the new Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria and quickly put my bike in the rack, then walked inside. I blew hair out of my face and looked at my watch. 11:53. Good timing. All the kids were walking out, though most of them were asleep and being carried by their parents. I didn't see any staff members, so I wandered around looking for someone. With no luck, I decided to find the office on my own. By the time I found it, it was already 11:57. Such a helpful staff...Not. I sat down in a chair and looked around. There was a hallway that seemed to be endless in front of me, two vents, and a desk. There was a tablet and a mask on the desk. I tried to turn the tablet on, but nothing happened. I gave up and checked the time; 11:59. I spun around in the chair and waited. It soon hit 12am, and the tablet turned on. I heard a phone ring and looked around for it, but didn't see it. Soon, a voice spoke.

"Uh, hello? Hello, hello? Uh, hello and welcome to your new summer job at the new and improved Freddy Fazbear's Pizza."

As the guy on the phone started talking about the animatronics, I listened and looked at the cameras. The main animatronics were still on the stage, which was good. I switched the camera to the Prize Corner and wound up the music box. The phone guy said I would need to wear the mask if any of the animatronics got in, and they would leave me alone. He hung up, and I sighed. I've got a feeling it was going to be a long night.
