Down by the creekbank
There was a little frog
He wasn't very pretty
But he loved his little bog
He wanted an adventure
He dreamed of wealth and fame
But he was too afraid
That he would come to shame
But one day he stirred up some courage
And climbed to lofty hights
And found that he was all alone
In a sea of twinkling lights
He looked around and wondered
If he should go back home
But the tadpole on his shoulder
Said "No, you must go on"
So he listened to that tadpole
And stayed on that muddy path
And finally he found her
Fame and fortune at last!
