My house/auditions

Amanda's POV
Today I invited everyone from A troupe to my house. I hear a knock at the door and answer it, James is the only standing there "hi" he says. "Hi" I said closing the door after he walks in. I told him he was the first one here and he nodded as we both were standing there looking into each others eyes.... It's almost like I feel something between us but I think I like him..... He's cute, I mean... What! To break the silence I hear a knock at the door I open it and see Riley, Emily, Hunter, West and Eldon. We all say hi to each other than everyone from A troupe is there. We all just sit down on the couch and talk for about an hour. I decide to get snacks but as I'm getting up my phone falls out of my pocket, the message from Lucien plays saying that I'm not good enough and stuff like that because we didn't win nationals. I start to cry after the message played and grab my phone and run up to my room.

I run in my room and shut the door and start to cry. I can't stop myself from crying, I hear a knock at the door "Amanda, it's James can I come in?" He said "Y-yea" I said while I was crying. James comes in and sees my sitting on my bed crying and he pulls me into a hug. I start to cry in his shirt "shhh" I hear him say as he rubs my back. I stop crying. "Lucien Is wrong about you Amanda, your an amazing dancer. How about you audition for the next step? The challenge is on this Saturday at 8:00am if your interest." I nod. I really do like James but little does he know I'm going to bring down the next step.

Auditions for the next step
I'm awake by the sound of my alarm on my phone, I pick it up and turn off the alarm. It's 7:00am I only have 30 minutes to get ready! I quickly get up brush my teeth, take a shower, get dressed, place my dance bag and leave. It's 7:35am that's good I start walking to in studio A and go to the change room and get changed in my dance clothes. When I'm done I start stretching in studio A with everyone else. James walks over to me and says "hi" and I say "hi" back. Than Kate and Phoebe walk in and teach us the choreography. It's hard but I got it. When I'm done practicing we have to preform it. Luckily I'm in group 2 not group 1. I watch group 1 and it's definitely going to be a tuff competition. Now I'm on group 2, I start to dance my best. By the end I think I did a good job.

I'm listening to who got it in but not my name yet.... Than "Amanda" miss Kate says. I felt a sigh of relief.
