~Shai's POV~
I'm woken up by Theo and see him carrying our bags. We got off the plane and went to a hotel.
"Alright day 1 of finding Violet and Ansel". Theo said.
"Actually just Ansel. Violet told me she was at the police station". I explained. He nodded and we walked out to go to the police station.
~Violet's POV~
I was on instagram, when suddenly Shai called me. I answered immediately answered.
"Hello".
"Hey Vi, we were wondering when can we pick you up"?
"Pick me up now"!
"Okay. We'll be there in 10 minutes".
"Okay, bye". I hung up and went back to Instagram.
~Ansel's POV ~
I wake up tied up in the chair. Michael comes in smiling creepy.
"Can I go now"? I asked.
"No. It's only 5 o'clock. Nobody should be up". He said.
"It's 5 o'clock I'm sure people have work". I said with a attitude. He gave me a stern look before pulling out a bat and hit me in the leg. I screamed in pain and my eyes started welling up.
"Is the little baby crying? I thought real men don't cry".
"All men cry". I said trying not to cry.
"Oh you're not gonna cry if I do this". He hit my leg again and I screamed again. I felt blood dropping down my leg. I winced through the pain and tears were spilling.
'You're lucky I'm giving you something to wrap your leg up". He said and wrapped my leg up.
"Now I'm going back to sleep. When I wake up, you better be in that same spot". And with that he walked away.
I sat there staring at the wall,biting my lip. I have to get out of here.
Then an idea hit me. I felt for the loose string that can untie the rope. I pulled it and it untied all the way. I got my arms and sat the rope down gently so Michael wouldn't hear it. Then I untied my legs and walked slowly, since
1. I got shot.
2. My legs hurting from the rope.
3. My leg hurts from the bat.
I opened the door real slow and ran/hop out the cabin and to.... Somewhere. I finally got to a street and saw a few cars passing by. I tried to catch a ride, it took a while but i finally got one.
"How can I help yo... Ansel, bro how you doing"!? The person said. I looked up and saw my brother Warren. I smiled and hopped in.
"Ehh". I groaned.
"What happened? Did something happen between you and vi"? He asked confused.
I shook my head. "No. It's not that. Let me explain". I explained everything to him and he listened to every word.
"So you can't find her"?
"Nope".
"That's fucked up". He laughed. I laughed and looked out the window. The car ride was silent until my phone ringed. I looked down and saw Shai calling.
"Hello". I answered.
"Ansel! Omg you're alive". She said.
"Yep, so what's up"?
"I have a surprise for you".
"Shai, look i love surprises but I'm kinda looking for vi". I heard shuffling on the phone.
"Is this a surprise for you"? A familiar voice said. Violet.
"Violet! Oh my god. I missed you so much, what happened"?
"I missed you too and I'll explain to you later".
"Alright, bye love you".
"Love you too". She made kissing sounds before hanging up. A few minutes later, Shai texted me to tell me their at the hotel we were staying at before.
"Warren, can you go to that hotel across the Eiffel Tower"? I asked.
"Sure". He smiled and kept driving.
It's the weekend and I have NOTHING to do, so I'll update some more probably tomorrow.
