Carters POV
I wake up to see I'm in a bed. I look around and see that it wasn't my house or the hospital. This place is familiar if I'm honest. I get up from the bed and go to a living room and see someone sitting on the couch. It's a woman with light brown hair and light hazel eyes. The woman was staring at me. I stare at her back and speak. "Who are you?"
"I'm your mother." She says still staring at me. I roll my eyes then talk again.
"Well you certainly don't look like my mother." I shot back. The woman gets up smiling at me she then walks over to me and strokes my face. I slap her hand. She then fake pouts. Then starts stroking my hair.
"Don't touch me." I growled at her. She continues smiling.
"Oh honey don't be rude now come sit with me on the couch." She says walking back to the couch. I stay where I'm at not moving.
"Come on don't be shy dear." She says patting the couch. I don't move and look at her.
"No." I say stubbornly she then pouts once again trying to make me feel bad.
"Please I won't hurt you I just want to talk." She says nicely. I give in and walk to the couch then sit down. Then she starts to talk.
"I know your confused about what's going on and I'll explain to you." She says and I nod then she continues. " I am your mother but I just changed my appearance to you because I didn't want you freak out on me and this is your dream that is how I'm here. I want to warn you about something you need to watch out for your surroundings people you are close with watch out because one of them are not who you think they are. Alright sweetie I must go I love you my baby." She gets up and disappears. I look around hear someone say 'carter wake up' over and over again. Then it all goes black.
I wake and see that I'm in the hospital. She was right it was a dream. She may be right about the other things watch out for my surroundings and the people who are close to me. That is what I am going to do.
