CHAPTER 16

***Zach's POV***

I woke up to my mom screaming at someone on the phone.

I looked over to see Aubrey still sleeping. I got out of bed and took a shower. I wore my typical khakis and a blue and white stripped shirt. With black and white roches.

Today is the day I tell her and I don't want her to hate me for not telling her. But I know it the right thing to do. Then there's also a good part to it so yeah.

***Aubrey's POV***

I woke up I rolled over and Zach wasn't there. So I got up and yawned.

Zach walked out of the bathroom. Damn did he look good today. Anyways I thought I should take a shower so that's what I did.

After I blow dried my hair and straightened it. After it was straightened I put it in a waterfall braid. I did my usual makeup and wales out of the bathroom.

Zach was sitting on the bed looking through my phone.

"Um what do you think your doing." I said.

"I'm looking on your phone."

"Well I see that but why."

"Just making sure your not cheating on me."

"Your so perfect though how could I cheat on you."

"Aww...that's funny because I feel the same way."

"Aww..." I said while pecking his lips.

"Listen why don't we go down and get breakfast."

"That sounds like a great idea I'm starving let's go."

We walked down to the little restaurant that was in the hotel.

I ordered biscuits and gravy while Zach got a breakfast taco.

While we were eating Zach kept staring at me.

"Um...do I have something on my face?" I said.

"Sorry just that I need to tell you something."

He looked worried  now I'm a little scared.

"Ok go ahead tell me."

"You can't be mad at me alright."

"I won't bead at you just tell me."

"Ok well I've know this since last night."

"Ok keep talking."

"Well we got a call and it was about your parents..."

"What about my parents are they alright."

"Not exactly...their...dead."

After he said dead I immediately bursted I to tears. I mean this terrible my parents are dead I have like no other family. I am now homeless great.

"But there is good news Aubrey."

"What's the good news." I asked trying to hold back the tears.

"Since you have no other family you get to move to Texas and live with me."

"Are you serious."

"Yes we don't have to leave each other."

"This is amazing."

"But you can't have a funeral because there bodies are missing the plane crashed in water."

"Well at least I still have one person that loves me I my life." I looked at Zach and smiled.

"So when exactly are we leaving for Texas?" I asked.

"Actually were leaving tomorrow."

"Great do you think we could go get my stuff from house."

"Yeah let me go just ask my mom I'm pretty sure she won't care."

"Ok how about we head in out of here."

We paid for our food then we went back to the hotel room.

His mom said yes so she drove us to my house we got all my clothes first. We then took some other stuff.

We decided we were going to leave now so we got a moving truck and we put my bed, dressers, and other big things.

That's when the road trip started. I was headed for Texas and beginning a new journey and a new life with my amazing boyfriend Zachary Reed Clayton.
