Part Nine

I opened my eyes only to see a man with a red hair. Fuchsia to be exact. I feel my powers are gone. I felt pain.

"Hisoka~ Hi." I greeted with a smile. He was carrying me on his back.

"Hi." He said. "How's your sleep?"

"Fine. I guess??" I said. "What is happening exactly?" I added.

"Now.. We're going to the phase four of the Hunter exams." he answered.

Aaa~ that's why we're in a yacht.

"By the way... Get your prey's number there." he said as he pointed to a man holding a... Bag??

Prey?? Oh.. That means this is a competition.. Great!!!

After a few minutes...

"Thanks for waiting!! We're now at Zevil Island, our fourth phase of the exams will happen here!!" The speaker said cheerfully..

"Zevil... Devil." I muttered.

"Please go down by the first to the last one to go to the finish line. Go down after two minutes." The speaker said again.

Then all did as they were told.

Hisoka was the first one.

By the way... I knew the man... The one Hisoka usually plays with?? The one who has needles all over his body.

Gittarackur.. Its his name. He told me back then... Even if I don't want to know his name.

Okay.. Back to reality.

I'm just here under the shade of a tree.

I was going to sleep that time when I felt a very strong aura around the place. I stood up and searched for the said thingy.

As I'm walking... I saw a strange hole on the ground. A huge one.

"What's this??" I asked myself.

"Ohh... A visitor??" A very serious yet scary voice said.

Then a mysterious man went out of the said hole. He got a long black silky hair.

"Ah... Eeh... Hi??" I greeted in an asking manner.

"Hi White Shadow." he greeted. And jumped his way out of it.

"How did you know my name?? I know that I don't know anything about you." I said.

"I'm Hisoka's friend." really!? "Gittarackur." he added.

"Oh!! I remember you now!! But you seemed to be so different in the looks!" I said amused.

"Oh.. I'm Illumi now. That's the power of my nen. You know nen don't you?" he asked with a poker face.

"Yup." I said proudly. Illumi.. Zoldyck.

"Okay... Just tell me when the phase is over. I'll just take a rest." he said as he jumped through the hole again.

"Sleep well. Illumi-Kuhn." I whispered.

Then I walked again. I grabbed the number of my prey.

Number 12. Maybe it's strong that's why it came that fast.

I'll just go and have FUN.

Just in time... I felt someone just nearby.. Good!!

There are four.. No five.. No SEVEN.. Of them. This will be fun.

I am just walking and walking like I don't know that they are there. Then I rested under a shade of a tree.

"Hahaha~ This is so easy!" one of them whispered.

They ambushed me.

"Great.. Just great. Prepare your life now." I said as I opened my eyes.. My blood red eyes. "Now run." I added. I am not feeling myself now.

I jumped high and landed behind a man. I got my death scythe and aimed at his throat.

"If you want to live.. Give me your ID numbers." I ordered.

"O-okay... J-Just spare me my life!" he agreed.

His friends ran away from fear.

"Look at that!!! Your friends left you. How bad." I stated.

He kept quiet. I can feel his fear.. But I'm not that bad... So I'll just let him go.

He gave three ID numbers. So I'm complete.. Our goal is to get a total of 6 points there are three points for our target.. Three points for our own and one point for other numbers.

I'll just take a nap.

I headed to the place where Illumi-Gittarackur was. I sat under a tree near the hole.

"I did everything but.. Why did I got this!!!!" I exclaimed. "am I bad? I'm good... Even if I'm a demon. I will do everything to make my life better!! To make it BEST!" I said. I'm taking my MOMENT!!!!

I rested a while on the same place.

I am in a kind of like a forest. I saw a very attractive light thingy. A hot (literal) thing. I tried to go to it but I felt a strong aura. A flaming aura behind that grabbed me. It pulled me into it.

"Shadow!! Don't go there!! Its dangerous." he said with a worried face

"But why??" I said as I looked back at the thing.. But instead I saw a fire.. Burning a tree.

"I'm sorry." I just said.. He sighed.

I opened my eyes only to know it's a dream.

By the way.. We're here for one week. One week of preparation.

"Hey... Shadow." a boy said while poking my shirt.

"What is it Killua??" asked.

"Why are you here?" He asked.

"To sleep.. But now I'm awake.. I'll just keep an eye for Illu--Gittarackur." I said.. I can't say Illumi because he is Killua's brother.. And he has something planned.. That's why I can't say the thing.

"Okay.. Can I join??" he asked with his cute cat face.

"I guess?" I just said.

He sat beside me and total silence echoed. I laid my back on the ground and stared at the clouds.

Killua looked at me for a while and he laid beside me. (A/N: fangirls.. time to squeal!!)

"You know.. Killua." I said as I paused.

"Yes???" he asked without looking at me.

"I am just a joke. So please laugh??" I said with a poker face.

"Why would I??" He simply answered.

"Because I'm just a trick?? To loosen up your brains!!" I said while laughing.

"You're such an unbearable girl." Killua said with a smile.

"*serious* You know that I'm a demon right?? Then why are you still being my friend?" I asked innocently.

"You know that I'm an assassin right?? That's my answer."

I sighed in defeat.

"Yeh right." I said as I once again closed my eyes.

Friend.. A true dream... An imaginary thing. Therefore... A friend is a true imaginary dream.
