So I did make it home in time for dinner I switched into a plain red dress that was just above my knees I walk down stairs and there he is dressed in a suit he looked a lot older like he was a man and I was a girl.
"come on in and take a seat" my mother said and we both went and sat beside my mother. Through out the dinner he just talked about him self because I refused to talk about myself I wasn't really interested all that was on my mind was Nash.
He finally left and I straight away walked up to my room to avoid any of my dad's blabbering mouth. Tonight my siblings were out late so the house vibe was pretty dead.
My mother and father went to bed early which was good ,I packed my backpack with a few clothes and other stuff including my brothers old camera and 1 of my fathers credit cards. I got dressed into dark blue jeans , black combat boots, a white t-shirt and a jumper that would keep me warm on top. I decide to get some rest before 4.
I'm awoken by rocks being thrown at my window I open it and see Nash signalling me its time to go, I nod and climb down my dads ladder.
I jump down and whisper to him "so what's the plan?" he reply's "there is no plan when your on the run" I look at him confused. he smirks "don't worry I know what I'm doing" he says and we start to sneak off.
I trusted Nash with everything I don't know why.. he's just a mysterious boy. We reach a metal wire gate with a sign reading 'NO TRESPASSING' in bold Nash looked at me and I looked back ,both smiling "ladies first" he kinda bows, I just laugh at his gesture and he boosts me up and he climbs over to.
We run for a while through a neighbourhood when he tells me to stop and wait. I wait as he goes behind a house and pulls out 2 mountain bikes "Nash! who's are these?" I scream/whisper "don't worry they belong to some old people probably don't need them".
He gets on his and points out "we will ride out the city and off out.." He tells me I know we have no plan but he has somewhere up there. I nod at him and greet are city good bye we get on are bikes and ride.
inside me I feel upset is what I'm doing right? leaving my family and life behind? what if i have no future? "hey" I hear Nash's voice say I think he noticed I was a little upset "its ok i understand it's hard but think of it this way if you stayed you would have been forced to marry some oldie you didn't know but now you can get out have some freedom and start your new life".
ok I admit that made me smile and lightened up my mood "so Mr.Grier what are you planning on doing to start OUR new life" I asked "well I have a friend and once we get to Californi-" I inturpted him "CALIFORNIA!? Nash that's 886 hours on a bike" I exclaim and pedal harder.
"woah calm down were not cycling the whole way just another hour or 2 and we'll reach a car shop" he says smiling to himself "well? is that all you got for me?" I turn my head in his direction taking my eyes of the road, "damn girl you ask to many questions" he chuckles and pedals faster.
"its not funny mister" I catch up to him to see him still laughing "I'm leaving my life behind I demand to know what's going on" I tell him not taking my eyes of the dark high way.
"don't worry princess all will be uncovered soon" he told me we did what we did and rided
