Looking outside the window as the cold breeze blew on his face, Chanyeol was burdened with a lot of thoughts on his mind. How did he end up in this situation? After years of making sure that he will never make a fool out of himself again, now here he is.

Well at least not yet, I can still do something

It almost made him laugh if not for the fact that a few steps from where he is; minutes from this present moment; his world is at the risk of crumbling again.

He took a deep breath, hoping that it will lessen the sensation he's feeling on his stomach, unlike years ago, it was not the butterflies. It does not make him feel good, it's eating him inside out, making him feel like throwing up.

He tapped his fingers on the steering wheel, feeling anxious, he was trying to brace himself on what's to come. He brushed his palm on his face and up to his locks, frustration building up, puffing a load of air out of his lungs to lessen the feeling.

Is this really happening? Did I really let this happen?

He unbuckled his seat belt and fix his hair, trying to look calm and composed when he's far from that. Someone might ask why is he like this, on edge and on a breaking point. Simply because a certain someone would be signing a contract with him. It will be a collaborative project; Chanyeol being the producer and the other one being the singer. He doesn't even want to think of his name, contrary that it has been on his mind for years.

"This is a project, just a project, no big fucking deal"

After his self prep talk he decided to finally get off his car.

As he was nearing the studio, he spotted his colleague waiting for him just outside of the door. It's his co-producer Kyungsoo that will be helping them, Chanyeol needs all the help he can get, not just for the songs itself, but to get through this whole situation.

"I knew you wouldn't be late"

"I would never"

Kyungsoo has been with him since 3 years ago, the man doesn't have any idea why's his friend is so fidgety today, Kyungsoo noticed how restless Chanyeol is. He's a calm person, it's rare to feel this kind of air around him.

Maybe he's just tired....right?

Chanyeol can only hope that it's actually just that

They finally got inside the studio, there they saw a man waiting for them, fair, gentle-looking and classy with it's jet black hair and soft smile.

Chanyeol gathered all his professionalism in one place, he then raised his gaze and finally looked at him--with that professional stare of course. Kyungsoo stepped forward, offering his hand to the singer.

"Hello, I'm Kyungsoo, I will be co-producing this project together with this man right here, nice meeting you"

Kyungsoo nudge Chanyeol that was looking anywhere but in front.

"Hi kyungsoo, I'm Baekhyun and this is my assistant Jongin, thank you for accepting our invitation for this collaboration, I've been eyeing your company for so long, I'm so glad that I get to finally meet you"

Oww wow really?

Kyungsoo was honored to hear that, knowing that Baekhyun is one of the rising stars in the music industry for years, one of the best singer actually .They shooked their hands and Kyungsoo nodded on the man beside Baekhyun and offered him his hand as well.
