Are you into romance? Mystery? Suspense? Adventure? Craziness? Humor? Then have I got a series for you to read? It’s about a unique and estranged group of friends who are all joined together by one class. It all started when prominent surgeon Ahmad Nasser was revoked of his license due to malpractice and had to get up and move from his hometown in western Virginia into a new southern Texas. Ahmad was always very enthusiastic and intelligent even as a child, he solved problems and came up with solutions faster than most children his age. His parents were two college dropouts from Syria. Ahmad's dad worked his butt off to pay for Ahmad's education but med school was just too much to handle. He would work two minimum jobs at a time when Ahmad's mother was pregnant with him.

They lived in an old beat down apartment nowhere near the safe and higher-class societies area of living. Ahmad’s dad Omair Nasser was a proud rebel and steel mill worker in Syria and Ahmads mother Tasneem Nasser came from a very wealthy and well-known family. She was one of five children but her parents did not agree to whom she ha     d chosen to marry so her family simply cut her off and wished her luck. Due to the circumstance Omair had to work double shifts at gas stations around the area. When the Nasser family moved to Texas they were not ready for such a bizarre and weird climate change. They had chosen Houston TX as their new home.

Ahmad’s family needed him now more then ever before. He was the one who had been paying all the bills and saving up to build his parents their dream house someday but his loans and lawsuits had gotten in the way and made everything come crashing down around him. Stuck in an awful and devastating position, Ahmad did the only sensible and realistic thing he could think of. He enrolled at university of Houston in order to retake the classes needed in order to get his license back and restored in Texas so he can begin practicing again. Ahmad was on a two-year suspension from practice so he set out to enroll at university of Houston for two years and talked to the schools counselors and advisors and let them know about his current life situation and also financial situation. Given the circumstances Ahmads GPA at his old school was a little over a 3.0 so he was awarded several grants and loans as well. Signing up for classes again felt weird and as if Ahmad was out of place.

Here stood a graduate of medical school attending school once again, he had never heard of such a miserable and distressing situation before. Although on the outside he seemed as if he were handling it very well and as a mature adult, on the inside he felt as if he were a failure and as if the whole world were mocking him as a failure. As he was signing up for classes quietly by himself in the schools library he noticed a particular class standout to him. It was a class taught by professor Leonard Stark titled Intro to Success, curious about the course Ahmad enrolled into the class just to check it out.

While Ahmad was stressing and getting ready to once again enter to a university as a student, his dad Omair went out seeking jobs anywhere that was available at the time due to such a short time to adjust and feeling as if he was back in charge of finances and had somehow time traveled back in time to when Ahmad first started school and he lost all free time or family time due to working two jobs back to back each day with limited rest hours and sometimes even forgot to eat. Ahamds mother Tasneem couldn’t go to work and had to stay home due to her being four months pregnant and having no prior work experience or degree. So the first day of class was about to begin and Ahmad was set on graduating at the top of his class and show them once mistake from the past wont stop Ahmad from reaching success again, he had tasted it once before and will definitely taste it again.
