Chapter 6~ Decisions

~Jessa's P.O.V.~

I woke up from my nap and noticed Jack was laying in front me. He was protecting me from Hayes and Ethan. I giggled a little. He turned over and noticed that I was awake.
"Well good morning sleepyhead" he said with a wink. I wanted to get down so I gave jack a little nudge. The bus hit a bump when I was jumping down from our bunk. I fell flat on my face. Hayes and Ethan ran back to me.
"I'll help her up." Ethan said.
"Your not her boyfriend, I'll help her."
"Neither of you are helping her up. I will." Jack said. Jack grabbed my arm and helped me up. He asked me what I wanted and I told him. I went back up to the bunk and waited for him to come back. Jack came back with some popcorn and some Mountain Dew. We found the most saddest love story ever. Paul Blart Mall Cop 2. We watched that until the bus stopped. I realized we were in Houston. I stopped the movie and Jack helped me down. I roomed with Jack, Aaron, and Cameron. Jack and I shared the bed closest to the window. Aaron and Cameron had the other bed. We went to the ballroom for sound check. Jack, Ethan and Grayson performed a song and I thought to myself.. I really want to be with Ethan. After sound check we went to the Olive Garden across the street. I sat with Shawn and Jack by my sides. I ate off everyone's plate. When we got back it was about 7:00. I felt guilty about everything that has happened in the past day. I told Jack I was going to Hayes and Ethan's room. He told me to call him if anything happens. I approached the door and knocked 4 times. Grayson answered the door.
"Hey Jessa! Wanna come in?"
"Yeah, are Ethan and Hayes here?"
"Yeah!"
"Thanks Grayson"
I walked into their room. It was really awkward at first.
"Hi guys" I said.
They both just waved.
"Listen we need to talk. I hate ignoring both of you."
"WELL WHO DO YOU WANT?" Hayes yelled. I'm assuming Jack was eavesdropping because he came in right after.
"Back up Hayes." Jack said.
"Hayes I hate to say this but I just didn't feel that spark anymore."
"So what does this mean?"
"I guess were done."
"Jessa, I still want to be friends. Let's just act like this never happened."
"We can't just act like it never happened because it just did. I'm willing to be friends with you on one condition."
"What's the condition?"
"If I started dating anyone else you wouldn't be mad."
"I won't be mad if you aren't mad if I date someone."
"Deal" I said.
Hayes stood up and gave me a hug. Then he slipped me a note. I put it in my pocket before anyone could see. I will look at it later. I told Ethan to come with me. I led him to my hotel room which was right across the hall. No one was there so I figured it would be okay.
"Jessa, do you still have feelings for Hayes?"
"No, not really."
"Okay good because I've been dying to ask you this question."
My eyes widened. He pulled out a piece of paper from his jeans. He read from it.
"Jessa, you are the most perfect girl on the planet. Your eyes, your smile, your everything brightens my day. I can't wait until your mine. I love the way you look at me with those beautiful brown eyes. I love the way you give me that cheesy smile. I don't know what I would do without you. Your brighten my day by just looking at me. Every time I see you I get sparks and sometimes unimaginable feelings.." It was the last sentence that would change my life...
