It has been a week since the fight at American Deli, and I couldn't get that sexy stranger out of my head. Like why would he help me out like he did, and just leave like that? I mean I ain't thirsty or nothing but I did wanna see him again.

"What's the matter kan?" Mariah asked snapping me out of my thoughts. "Nothing just thinking about ol dude who helped us at American deli." I said with a sigh. She gave me the stale face "really? Why?" I just shrugged my shoulders and resumed looking in my closet for something to wear out. "I'm so mad I can't go out with y'all. I wanna turn up so bad man." She said whining a little bit. "It's ok riah you will be able to turn up in like six more months." I say rubbing my nephew. "Why six more months when I'm due in two more months?" She asked confused as hell. "Cause you gotta have time to heal and the baby gotta grow up." I say in a duh tone. She blew air out of her mouth and got up to leave. "Whatever man I'm bout to go home to my dog ass baby daddy. I'll see you later." I gave her a hug and a kiss. "Ok call me when you get home ok." She nodded and left.

Once she was gone I hopped in the shower. Thirty minutes when I got out I put on my body butter curled my hair did my make up and put on a black and red lace pencil skirt with a red bandu and some black lace closed toe pumps. When I was touching up my make up my cousin tonisha pulled up.

"Hey bitch you look damn good." Tonisha said looking me up and down. "We'll thank you. You know how I do." I said getting in the back seat behind her best friend Jasmine and next to our mutual friend Kajia. "What ever don't get this big headed ho to feeling herself." Kajia said. "Do I hear a hater?" I ask the car. They all start laughing. "So where we partying tonight?" I ask. I'm such a club head to only be 18. "We going to obsessions tonight." Jasmine says. I hear Kajia suck her big ass teeth. "What you sucking you teeth for?" Tonisha ask with a slight attitude. "Cause you already know Demarco gone be there and I ain't got time." Kajia said. "Girl that nigga ain't studying you for real for real." Jasmine said. And everybody laughed but me and Kajia.

💵💵 Marco POV 💵💵

I was back stage at obsessions getting ready for my show. I really love this singing shit it's just that I'm in these streets kind of heavy so it don't look good for me to be singing love songs and shit. But every now and then I suck shit up and perform. "Aye Marco we got about five minutes." Hawk said. "Alright where Rook at so we can pray?" I ask looking around the small ass dressing room. "That pretty nigga in the mirror." Hawk said making me laugh just as Rook walked into the room. "The fuck y'all laughing at?" He asked playing in his hair. "Yo extra beautiful ass." I say making them laugh. "Man fuck you." He said. "You might want to for real for real." He gave me the stale face 😒. "Nigga lets just pray." We joined hands and formed a circle. "Dear God please bless Hawk, Rook, and myself as we go out here and put on this show. Please bless our voices and please give us a welcoming crowed. Praises be unto you the most powerful the most merciful and the most high. Amen" I pray. "Amen." They say. As soon as the prayer is over the stage manager came back to get us. It's show time.

When we got to obsessions the line was all down the sidewalk. "Damn man I ain't trying to stand in that long ass line" Kajia says. "Shid me either dawg. We can go somewhere else." I say. The line was fucking ridiculous. "We ain't gotta wait in line KP put us on his list." Tonisha said with a smile. "Damn girl I ain't Know you still fucked with him" Jasmine said walking towards the door. When we got to the door the bouncer looked at us like we was crazy. "Tonisha plus three." My cousin said with confidence . The Boucher talked to the nigga behind the desk and then she opened the door to let us in. "Oh shit girl I thought they was gone be like 'tonisha who?'" I said walking into the club making everybody laugh. "Girl that shit would have been so embarrassing."Jasmine said yelling over the music. When we got inside the show had already started. I looked on stage and there he was. The sexy stranger standing on stage singing about trust issues.
