"I don't know what to do anymore." Alex said as he brushed his face with his hands in frustration. "All I wanted was to protect her and yet this is what I am going to get in return? It's so unfair!" He complained.
"You know, everything happens for a reason. You should know how to sacrifice okay? As of now, you just have to do your best to protect her with those demons and be with her."
"Even if she doesn't see me?"
"Well yes. You have to accept it. She's destined to be with them."
"I don't know, all I want is only her right now. Can I visit her?" He asked looking at the girl he's talking with, with pleading eyes.
"Why can't you just see me, Alex?"
"I can see you, Ana."
"But only as a sister." She stated. Pain can be clearly seen on her face.
"I'm sorry." Alex said and stood up to get some fresh air. All he wanted was to hug Andy, kiss her, hold her, feel her, but he can't. It's their fate to be seperated from each other. He actually knew it from the start, he just came in to her life to protect her from the beasts. But he couldn't stop himself from falling for her. Anyway, there's no one to blame, but himself.
"Alex I will always be here for you." Ana said as she hugged him from the back.
"I know Ana. And I am, too."
"I love you."
"I love you, too, Ana. But not the same way you love me. Excuse me." Alex frankly told her and turned his back.
Ana looked at him from afar. She just unconsciously asked, "When are you gonna see me more than a sister, Alex?" And a tear fell from her blue eyes.

"Protect me from what?"
"From the beasts, of course. They said you are the one. And that one is different," Niel said looking straightly into her eyes.
"Tell me, Niel. I know the two of you are not just simple police officers. Who are you, really?"
Niel looked at Grover with a face like are-we-gonna-tell-her look. Grover shrugged his shoulder. "You're the boss, A--Niel."
"Fine." Niel closed his eyes as he talks to his father quietly. "You will know when you come with us." Niel told her while smirking.
"I don't know why you boys keep on giving consequences." She rolled her eyes again and came with them. She does not trust them. She trusts herself.

As you can see, the upper part of this chapter is about Alex, Andy's boyfriend, and Ana's, the new character (I'll reveal her part sooner), heart breaking conversation. I'm really broken hearted as of now because of a great and heart breaking story I've just read. And that story kind of made me cry because I remember my latest love from the character. Oh well, keep reading. :)
