"Open: Gate of the Demon Wolf! Ookami!"
I heard the words being called... I was being summoned. I could feel my body being transported into the real world. It was the sensation I hadn't felt in so long. The darkness was taken over by a blinding golden light. I closed my eyes, fearing going blind. The light was almost gone, but I left my eyes scrunched shut. I could feel the magic faded, I was there, wherever 'there' was. I opened my eyes hesitantly to find myself in a small but cozy living room.
"Hey! It actually worked!"
"Yeah, the key was rather old and rusted looking. "
"I guess you could say we thought it was 'defected'."
I tensed up, insulted. Whoever just said that... will wish they never did! Wait, no, thats too rash. Ugh, my head is all jumbled from being in the spirit world for so long. How long has it been? I have no idea. There is no time in the spirit world. That wretched place... Well anyways. Who summoned me?
I spun around to see the wizard that brought me forth. It was a young, blonde girl in rather... Questionable clothing. She held my key in her hand, and a ring with other keys dangled from a belt around her waist. I could instantly tell she wasn't very strong and her spirits, especially Aquarius, don't listen to her. What an amateur.
"So... I suppose you summoned me?" I frowned, turning slowly and facing the girl.
"Heck yeah I did!" the girl grinned enthusiastically. I sighed. All that over-confidence made me sick. Or maybe is was just the fact I hasn't been home in so long?... I'm not sure.
"And what would your name be?" I asked, unsure about this new girl.
"I'm Lucy Heartfelia!" The girl exclaimed, giving a thumbs up, reveling the pink guild mark on her hand.
"So... Your from Fairy Tail?" I asked, folding my arms together, looking down at her.
"I had a master from that guild a while back..." I recalled, "A much more experienced one than you at that too." The memories flooded back, I smiled a little. Those were good days.
"Y-yeah... I'm from Fairy Tail...?" Lucy spoke, ignoring my comment.
"Well, you sure don't act like it... I guess your... A bit too normal." I say with a quizzical face.
"What does that mean!?" Lucy asked.
"You figure it out." I smirk.
"Anyways, my name is Natsu!" I turned to see a boy standing there, he had soft-looking sakura hair and bright, enthusiastic, obsidian eyes. Next to him was a cute blue cat with a green sack wrapped around his little neck.
"H-hi Natsu..." I smiled and bowed, my long, pulled back hair falling over my back. Something about him was different then the other two. His magic? Yeah... He felt... Stronger. What kind of magic does he posses? I need to find out. I stood back up and smiled at the little cat.
"Good to meet you too."
"Aye sir, I'm Happy!" He made me chuckle but I stopped as soon as I noticed other people could hear me. I blushed a little as I cleared my throat.
"Hey... Ookami right?" Happy asked.
"Yes?"
"Why are you wearing such old clothing?"
I was taken aback by the question. I knew I was wearing a robe and hood but I noticed part of my bottom half was exposed, revealing my old style clothing. I blushed slightly... Embarrassed.
"I-i-i..." I had no words of explanation, no lies... But the truth to tell.
"What if I told you... I haven't been summoned since a long time ago..." I frowned, looking at my worn-out old clothes. The tall brown boots I was wearing were paled and the soles were loose, my pants were tattered and didn't hold the same shine, and my tip was loose and flimsy. I pulled my hood of and revealed my solid black hair and white tipped ears. As the robe fell down, I wriggled my tail, setting it free from its perviously cramped compartments. I also noticed my eyes were still red, and hadn't turned back to their normal golden color. Not good...

I slowly followed Lucy, Natsu, and Happy back to Fairy Tail.
"Hey Ookami..." Natsu began, to which I flicked my ears in response, "Yes?" I turned my head back to look at him.
"Why are y- .... Why do you have ears and a tail exactly?" Natsu asked, pointing at the fluffy tufts.
I smiled at his plain question, "Well, it's a long story... I'll explain it another time." I responded, lost in thought. I looked back at him, his face seemed to shoe that he was only more confused. I flicked my tail in annoyance, "Look, I just have them okay?" I flashed him a reassuring smile.
I passed a shop and my eye was caught on an outfit in the window. I brushed my hair back and walked over to it. Everyone stopped and stared at me as I waked over.
"Mind if I excuse myself for a minute?"
Everyone was silent and I took that as a yes.
I got an odd look from the shop keeper but nonetheless, took my jewels. I quickly ran into the changing room and into my new attire. I could be waling around in my old clothes. I looked at myself in the mirror at my clothes-
I was wearing a short white skirt with a black trim and a white shirt to match with the same trim. I covered the shirt in a black jacket that had a blue collar and blue trim at the and of the sleeves. I pulled up tall black stockings that ended right before my skirt. I slipped into some white boots and loosely pulled a tire around my neck as a finishing touch. I noticed my eyes were finally turning back to gold. I flipped my hair back and scrunched my ears. I guess I won't hide them... I spun in the mirror and posed before coming out again. Everyone turned my way, surprised to see my change of clothes and maybe change of appearance all together.
"So, how do I look? Are these clothes appropriate?"
"Hey! I never said you could change!" Lucy squawked at me.
"And who made you me boss?" I responded, crossing my arms.
"Hey! I'm the one that summoned you! I could very easily send you back!" Lucy retorted.
I scoffed at her bluff, "Really? Them go ahead, I dare you." A flash of mischief spread through me as I challenged her.
"Close! Gate of the Demon wolf: Ookami!" Lucy held my key out and chanted the words... Nothing happened. I could feel the slight pull of her magic but I resisted it easily.
"Hey! It's not working!"
"Wow, Lucy. You couldn't even do it!" Happy joked, poking her on the head.
"Shut it cat!" Lucy angrily pushed him away.
"Huh, too bad. Guess I don't have to listen to you." I smirked.
Lucy glared at me and said nothing though her eyes seemed to say 'Bitch'.
"Anyways, are we going to the guild or not?" I asked, becoming impatient.
"Why do you want to go to the guild so bad?" Natsu asked, holding happy.
"If I'm going to be staying here as Lucy's spirit then I should get into her guild as a member shouldn't I?"
"I guess so..." Natsu said, thinking about it, "But don't spirits stay in the spirit world? Don't they die if they stay here too long!"
"That is true with most spirits. But I'm different." I said, gesturing with my hands. Natsu still looked confused. What a block-head. I smiled and continued walking toward the guild, the others following behind me.
I was back here after such a long time... The Fairy Tail guild!
