Alice's" POV
When I hear him say this I knew, I knew I had to help him. I had to protect him and keep him away from Pan. I only know this because of the stories I've heard. Pan needs the heart of the truest believer to keep his youth.
"Henry, you need to come with.."
"Don't worry I already know, this isn't my first time in Neverland. I need to stay away from Pan at all costs. Can you help me Alice?" He asks.
"Yes, in fact, I would love to. Come on. You need to be careful though, Pan is full of tricks and games. If we get separated, always keep your mind open." I tell him. And it was the truth, I know Pan would test him somehow. The scary part was, I didn't know how.
We started to walk when I see pink dust fly in front of my eyes, and I fall to the ground, unconscious.
Henry's POV
I follow Alice down a somewhat familiar path. To me it all looked the same in the woods. I just watch Alice and keep a look out around us.
Out of no where, and dark haired boy, throws pink dust in Alice's face. Next thing I know she falls to the floor unconscious. I knew a thing or two about pink dust that makes people unconscious, it was popies. I didn't say anything however, trying to not stand out. Hopefully no one could recognize me, even though I look the exact same, just older. I mean, puberty did some works but maybe not enough for the Lost Boys.
I didn't recognize this boy, he was obviously new. He looked at me with fright and took my hand while whisper yelling at me. "You must come with me to get away from Pan. He's after me, and you. Don't stay with her, she's apart of Pan's game. Come with me we can hide away."
I didn't have much of a choice, he took my hand and dragged me through the woods. I don't know if I should believe him or not. This could be a Pan trick, or, he's really helping me. Either way, Alice's advice was good, open mind. Besides, in her story (that I've read so far) she hates Pan more than her father does, and that's saying something. But who knows, maybe they are each other's true love.
I keep on following him until I decide i should speak up.
"What's your name?" I ask.
"It's John." He replies in a hushed voice.
"Are you a new Lost Boy?" I asked him.
"I got here a year or two ago. I'm not sure. All I know is, Pan hates and is after me." He says. I haven't been here since I was eleven, it's been three years. I was still short, and young looking. So like I said earlier, puberty isn't working so well.
We get to the same cliff Peter brought me to.
"Here, Pixie Dust. I can use it, I believe. But do you?" He asks me. Now I felt like this was a trick. He was asking if I believed. I took the dust from my hands.
"You can't fool me anymore, Pan." I say as I sprinkle Pixie Dust on me and fly. I had really no idea where I was going. I looked back to see that John was gone. Instead, Peter stood. He changed his appearance. Did I actually know that was Pan? No, not at all. I just said it like to the air.
My thoughts started to distract me and I didn't realize I was slowly falling until I fell into the dirt of Pan's camp.
"Well, well Henry, you've changed." I hear an accent behind me.
"Yeah haha very funny. I don't like your sarcasm Pan." I say while getting up. "No really, I lifted the aging spell off of you. Take a look at yourself." He says. Suddenly a mirror is in front of me, and I did change. I was much more handsome, and taller. I actually looked my age.
"What do you want Pan, you're not getting my heart." I say.
"Well I don't want your heart son." He says, walking closer to me. "I want to hear the stories your heart knows. Let's start with, Alice Hook."
Shit.
Alice's POV
I start to see some light and slowly open my eyes. I was right where I was left, just without Henry. I looked around and saw pink dust on the ground, popies.
I get up and start walking towards my tree house. It's been a long day. I have no idea where Henry is, or where to look, or how.
Maybe there is something in my home that's magical. Or Peter's.
I start walking back too camp when something hits me. No literally, I felt a knife graze my ear. A purple aura appears around me. I couldn't move my body, other then my head. I look around, no one in sight.
Soon Felix comes out from the trees and bushes.
"What the hell Felix?" I ask.
"Sorry, Pan's orders. I'll clean your ear up when the squid ink stops working." He says. He was acting different, more, kind? He wasn't as dark and didn't have the "I don't care about anything" attitude.
Anyways, I guess I wouldn't be going to the camp for awhile now.
