The Dream that came true (Knight Rider 1982 Fanfic)

Chapter 1

Cassidy's POV:

Just came home from work. Its Knight Rider Time! Oh I love that show since I was little. When I saw it for the first time, I instantly fell in love with KITT and Michael. I put the DVD in the DVD-player and press start on the remote. I was watching the episode "Knight At A Nose". That episode is about a race horse that "collapsed" on the race track and is kidnapped. Michael and KITT investigate the scene.

When the episode was finished, I stood up and made myself some dinner. I put my dishes in the dishwasher whats dirty. I sit down on the couch and eat quickly. I put the rest of the stuff away and put my plate in the dishwasher. I turn on the dishwasher and take the DVD out of the DVD-player. Oh I wished they were real. I have to admit, Im having a crush on Michael. But he is just a character. And I wished that KITT was real. I dream about them every night. That we all have a happily ever after.

I made a selfie for Instagram. "Watched another episode of Knight Rider!" I put as the caption. I put my phone away and just watch some tv. I looked out the window. Ive been at all Knight Rider meetings, and been to every Knight Rider convention. I cant afford a replica of KITT, but someday I will have one. I walked upstairs and changed into my pjs. When I came downstairs, I heard the doorbell rang. I walked to the door and there was my best friend James. I let him in. He is one of the only friends I have. He doesnt think Im weird cause I like Knight Rider. He also likes Knight Rider. But he isnt a fan like I do. "How was your day?" James asked and sat down. "Fine, just a normal day at the workshop." I said. Yes I work as a Car mechanic. I like cars okay. Nothing strange about it. "Cool! I also had a normal day at the office." He said. I stood up and got us some soda. He hugged me as a friend. He is gay so I have a friend for spotting boys. My perfect partner haha. And he already has a boyfriend. And they are soooo cute together.

We watched some tv together, until he asked me if he could sleep here. "Sure! Finally a sleepover again. We havent done that in months." I said smiling. I lived alone in my appartment so I give some parties for my friends or sleepovers sometimes.

I gave James his pjs, he always let some clothes here for later. He sat down next to me again. "So, Cas. Spotted some guys today?" He asked and I shook my head. "Sadly not. There were guys but they were ugly." I said laughing. We kept chatting until it was time to go to bed. I locked the frontdoor and we went to bed.

The next morning our timer went off for work. We had to get up at the same time anyway. We made ourselves ready for work and had a quick breakfast. I got my carkeys and we walked out of the door together. "Ill text you when Im done." I said and hugged him. "Bye, see you later." James said and he walked off. I stepped into my car and drove to work.

When I arrived there I parked my car and stepped out. I walked to the shop and see the schedule. Cool! Today Im selling car parts in the parts shop. I walk to the shop and see that Im working with one of my best mates here, Mark. This is gonna be a awesome day.

We had already some customers. Then came a woman named Bonnie Barstow in and she asked for Trans Am Parts. "Okay Ill look for you." I said and I walked to the back. There are some rumours that Michael Knight really exist. But I dont believe that. Its a tv show amd it cant ve real. I saw the parts that she needed and brought them to the counter. "The parts you needed. Thats $250." I said and she looked at my T-shirt. I put a KITT shirt on as usual. She looked at it and smiled. She gave me the money and left the shop. Holy crap that gave me the chills. She looked exactly like KITT his mechanic in the show. Or Im hallucinating. I shook it off amd worked further. Mark looked at me. "Whats wrong?" He asked. "You know I love Knight Rider, right? Well that woman looked exactly as the mechanic from the car thats starring the show." I said and he laughed. "Youre seeing ghosts Cas. Its impossible. Its not real. Its a tv show." He said and we continued working. I dont know whats happening to me. Im too much into the show I guess.
