Chapter 10: Joking.

After my horrid little meeting with a damn psycho. I was escorted back by Elliot.

I hung my head low as I walked behind Elliot and his two guards walked behind me.

I'm just in totally disbelief of what just happened.

"I thought that went just swell if you ask me!" Elliot sarcastically said.

I looked up to face his back. "The hell are you taking about? That was a god awful! What's with that Vitali guy!?" I said still shook up.

He lifted his arm and waved his index finger from side to side.

"You know I warned ya! But you just had to start something, but I'm not going to lie it was pretty entertaining. Ha ha!" Elliot mocked me.

I scrunched my face in anger at his joking manner. Because this was NOT funny for me at all! I got kidnapped by people trying to sell me in an auction and then windup getting kidnapped again by some scary boss man! I don't even know what kind of boss he is to be buying/holding me captive!

'ARGH! FUCK THIS IS TOO MUCH!'

I was to busy internally ranting I bumped into Elliot's back. We were standing in front of a door.

Elliot waved the guards off and they walked away.

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!*

Elliot was pounding loudly on the door casually.

I could hear the Doc behind the door jump and scurry around with papers, from being startled by the loud knocking.

"Hey Doc, open up I'm back!"

The door opened with a agitated Doc appearing.

The Doc clicked his tongue and let out a hard sigh. "What do you want? I'm currently packing my things."

"Hey Doc don't look so annoyed! I actually knocked this time!" Elliot said smugly.

"I'm done with the Boss and I wanted to drop off this kid."

The Doc looked down and me and let out another big sigh, and turned around.

"..Well, come in."

I walked in. I can tell he wasn't happy to see us back, he thought he was done watching over me.

'Well it's not like I'm happy to be here either!'

Elliot walked in behind me.

"Why are you here Elliot?" The Doc said while he was organizing papers and putting medical equipment in a suitcase.

"Don't be like that Doc~ I'm bored! And I have no work to do right now and I have to watch over little
Miss. Stevey, here anyway~." He turned to me and cocked a eyebrow up playfully.

I just frowned and rolled my eyes at him. Then I went back to my discomforted blank face and just stared at the floor. I didn't feel like getting into any discussion after meeting Vitali.

The Doc rolled his eyes at Elliot to. Then he turned to me.

"Would you like something to eat? I have some pudding if you want."

I looked to him and nodded.

"I want pudding too Doc!" Elliot said like an excited kid.

"Shut up Elliot." The Doc replied.
